Bindu worked very hard to help me retrieve a package from Barcelona. In the end ups did not pick up the package in Barcelona I was however able to find a friend who could bring it home to me in calgary. This ups store on center street was helpful, courteous, friendly, and hard working.

Kind and compassionate customer service. I came in on a long holiday weekend and they were able to provide me with all the help I needed for my complex, expensive, and very heavy international shipping request.The location has a very small parking lot, so watch for that if you're hauling in large items.

Husband ordered 2 packages from the same vendor that were to be delivered the same day by UPS. Only one made it to our address, one made it the UPS store. Sucks but I can live with that. When I arrived to pick up the package, I waited in a line up for 10 minutes while the only person working was arranging a coffee date on the phone with someone else. After providing the slip, email confirmation, package tracking number, and ID confirming my address I was told I could not pick up the package because my partner and I have different last names. Is this 1947??? Poor customer service

I’ve been using The UPS Store for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Their customer support is top-notch, always willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or concerns I have and the owner even help me out to get a job interview. Whether I’m shipping a package or printing documents, they’re always friendly, efficient, and make the process seamless. I highly recommend The UPS Store for all your shipping and printing needs!

Not professional nor respectful and not helping you finding the best shipping option. Almost 40$ for a small shipment, went to Canada Post and paid 17$ for the same service, and received super customer service. I am happy I didn’t use this UPS Store when I see in the comments how they keep away from any responsibility with their customers.

My godfather left his medicines in the hotel during our vacation in Canada. They went to the hotel in Canada, picked it up, mailed it, and sent it to us in Texas in less than 24 hours. Excellent and reliable services.
