I had a frustrating experience at the Suncor UPS location. I went in to print a simple black-and-white document, but the staff member took an incredibly long time just to attempt the task. After several failed attempts, he couldn't get the document printed and then excused himself by saying he needed to close the store, offering no further help or assistance. This level of service was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this location if you're looking for quick and efficient service.

The UPS Store provided exceptional service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, handling my shipping and printing needs promptly. The store was clean and well-organized, and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend this location for their outstanding service.

Both google map and label at front door says opening at 8:30am but it’s not open when I arrived at 8:45am. It really messed up everything when I needed to print some thing that morning urgently.

Came here to drop off an Amazon return package with a label I printed myself. Staff were helpful and gave me a sticky clear bag to stick onto the packaging.

There is a miserable man, not sure if he is the owner. Very unpleasant to deal with. I would use a different location. Doesn't deserve the business!

At least put up a sign that says u will not be open if u are closed during regular business hours. I went there under the assumption they were open but they were not. They were supposed to be.

Slowest I’ve ever seen!!! Had parcel picked up May 19th finally got an invoice on May 30th paid it then another 36 hours before they ship it! $51 for an empty can to go 3.5 hours away. I’ll never deal with another company that uses these guys for shipping purposes, absolutely ridiculous for the amount of time and money

After recently buying a painting at an auction in Calgary, I contacted The UPS Store (319) to arrange pickup, packaging and shipping to me on the west coast. I know they ended up having a huge number of other customers to look after from the same auction, but they always managed to answer my calls or emails to address any concerns that needed attention.I was contacted on a Friday afternoon to arrange the final details for shipping and the painting was in my hands Monday afternoon. I was amazed at all the layers of protection and it took some time to unravel everything, but the painting arrived in perfect shape, thanks to the crew at Store 319. They did an outstanding job, were courteous and very efficient. Thanks to all the crew at Store 319!
