I’m really very curious how you can have so many customers with such a confusing service system. Why is there no option to notify the customer by SMS, phone, or email? The number you provide is an answering machine — a robot that asks unclear questions. It’s a very complicated process that unfortunately doesn’t do your reputation any favors. At the moment, I’ve had a negative experience, and I hope my package will still be delivered, because I still can’t find out any information about it.”

Had a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was friendly, efficient, and helped me package my shipment safely. The line moved quickly, and they made sure I had the right shipping option for my needs. Highly recommend this location!

Hours are incorrect, came to drop a package today at 10:15 and they were closed even though hours on Google say they are open at 9 am.

Exceptional and amazing customer service at this UPS store #434.
Their staff Alvin is very professional and fast and ensured that my package was processed promptly and correctly. Despite the long line up when I got there, I noticed he was diligent with each customer. I will always ship from this store for best customer experience. Thank you👍

Very busy at Calgary 130th Ave. SE location Oct. 6 2025 when I brought my package to send to Ontario. Alvin multi-tasks like you have never seen, helping fellow employees, customers, taking care of 5 things at once, super efficient, knowledgeable, kind, he has a 6th sense recognizing where help is needed and kindly and efficiently steps in to help his colleagues out while taking care of customers at same time. You can’t help but smile and admire his work ethic and kindness, excellent ambassador for UPS Canada. Thank you Alvin for so quickly making my delivery options / costs / paperwork so easy 👍😊

Their team is so fun and helpful. I had so many boxes to ship and they went out of their way to make the experience easy and efficient! Super informative! Alvin helped me out each time I visited and was an absolute delight. They’re also a very funny crew :) I love this place 🫶🏽
