Operating Hours 09:00-18:30.
Arrived at 09:15, store still locked up.
Tried calling, and they pick up and then hang up the call. If you don’t want to be in business, then close.

I spent a lot of nerves, my package was delivered but they couldn’t leave it there. I called the hotline and they told me to contact the sender and this is Rockauto, they don’t have hotlines. UPS can’t even tell you which branch they took it to, but they write that it was delivered and picked up where there is no information.

Seriously the most terrible experience not just shipping but with lack of communications and shipping. NEVER AGAIN! It started in the USA. Shipped a parcel. I asked the lady if this extensive fee would include duty and tariffs and she agreed all is covered. Gets to Canada…. Nope it’s not covered now they want almost $209 or they will send it back. Refused to listen to me or even negotiate at this point. Now sitting here a month later, over 18 hours on hold and 4 hours discussing shipment, still haven’t received my parcel.
I honestly can say they are the worse company to deal with. Definitely don’t ship with them. The amount of times I have been told my shipment will arrive: TOMORROW…. lol….?in UPS terms “what’s that mean!?” I give up.
I’m calling the seller and my credit card. These guys are nut jobs. Not ever shipping with them again!

Amazing fast personalized service ! Joshua put in a lot of effort to enlarge old photos and those of poor resolution and was able to make the prints look like new! The service was also very fast, less than 24 hour turnaround for high quality double sided cards. They are also able to design if you need help with formatting or adding additional final touches.

The worst service ever by any courier service company. Don’t ever take their services if you value money and peace of mind.

UPS is the worst delivery I've ever used. They don't bother to deliver actually, and most probably you'll end up going to UPS access point or your shipment will be returned to the sender.

I love the UPS Store near me! The location is super convenient, and their hours are a lifesaver. Whether I need to ship something, they've got me covered. Definitely recommend!

Says they open at 9 showed up at 9:10 and they were not open. Waited around with no luck.

Be prepared to stay a while as I have found mailing packages here time consuming and expensive.. $40 overnight for a small letter envelope. With these prices we might as well just use Canada Post and continue to support Canadian Companies.

I use this UPS store often for printing and shipping packages. Simran is very friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with broken packages or arrival times. Thank you!
