The owner lady was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. She showed us how to use all the different machines, what works best for which textiles, and how long to wash them for. The shop itself has a nice sitting/waiting area, with magazines, lots of beautiful plants, lovely music playing, and sunlight coming in through the skylights.
The machines use only loonies and quarters, but they can give change for cash bills, and range between 2 to 8 bucks per spin depending on the machine load size. We were in and out in 2 hours, and were able to do 8 laundry loads even on a Saturday!
People in other reviews complaining about not being able to wash things in the machines that they wanted to fast enough are just unreasonable and entitled. (I actually saw one such interaction in person and the guy was being so rude and impatient for no reason.) It makes sense that there are limitations, that some machines are better for certain things, and that the owner doesn't want people to misuse the machines and break them. This is obviously a well cared for family business that they want to be able to sustain. Have some respect and patience.
Highly recommend and definitely will return!

Worst customer service ever...tries to upsell everything. I was going to use 3 small $2.50 each washing machines to wash colour, white and black laundry separately...they were forcing me to put all my clothes in one washing machine for 2 loads $8 each. Also they were very pushy and touching my laundry, I felt very violated. When I did put my clothes in the large washing machine it only took up a 1/4 of the washing machine....doesn't make sense. They are scammers and not very nice people

Wonderful laundromat. Many machines & always in service. Great options for larger/soiled loads as well. Have been coming here for years & always satisfied. Highly recommend.

*UPDATE* NEVER GO HERE!!! I would give this place minus 5 stars if I could, the man and woman confronted me about my review and proceeded to verbally abuse me, chasing me out the door calling me a loser for giving the one star... incredible experience. Not a professional business.Brought a couple of clothing items in and used their top loader, didn't even wash the clothes... She said the motor is too small.. what's the point of having a machine that doesn't wash in a laundry mat? She tried to coax me into using the more expensive machine after I'd already spent money... Not coming back here again.

The lady would not give me any space...hovered over me. Only gave 1 star because there was no zero star option. The washers don't properly spin the clothes so it takes 3 times longer and costs 2 times more to dry....

It’s the closest laundry to me, really wanted to support local. I went in at 5pm 1.5 hours before they closed at 6:30pm. They wouldn’t let me start any laundry cause they we closing soon, I didn’t even want to use the dryer… they still wouldn’t let me.
