I wish I would have read the reviews before having the most offensive experience I had anywhere. And just like some, if I could give a zero, I would.My friend was looking for an anniversary gift for her husband. We came in, circled around and not one of the employees standing around asked if we needed help. As we were on our way out, an employee finally came up to us. I thought we were going to get service. Instead, she was asking us to leave. She explained they were over capacity. I looked around and there were maybe 6 other people with three employees not doing anything. Also, we weren't the last ones to enter yet we were the only ones asked to leave. I have never been treated like this in my life...especially not from a minimum wage employee who clearly doesn't care about the commission. So anyone wanting fine jewelry and wanting to be treated like a human, go to Birks. Brilliant company and amazing staff. They helped us right away and didnt treat us like garbage.

I’ve shopped at this location three times now and have always had the best experience. My associate Najwan helped me picked out the perfect earrings and baby gift. She was patient and I had the best time shopping with her.

My sales person was super nice. I just bought new necklace chain, but he offered me to clean up my old necklace chain and pendant. I was straggle to clean up at home and kinda scared to bring other jewelry shop, so it was good offer to me.

If I could give this establishment a zero I would. My boyfriend got me the yellow gold 18k heart earrings and it has discoloured several times and had to be cleaned by their store to regain its colour. Real gold never discolours, i own quite a few and none has ever discoloured. Their rep said it was 75% pure gold and a mix of other metals for the 25% but discolouration should still not be happening. They also said to keep it in a dry place but how can you do that when it is being worn? This feels like such a rip off when their items are expensive but are not really of the best quality. I seriously feel like the earrings may be gold plated as having discolouration with real gold is unheard of.

Terrible experience with bringing my necklace here to get it fixed.In Jan 2022, I took my bracelet in to get it fixed. I was "helped" by a caucasian lady here who was very rude and didn't take the time to actually help me. She rushed me and bascially wanted to shoo me out of the store because I wasn't here to purchase. When she examined my necklace, she indicated my necklace has been stretched out and I should get a new one. At that time, I just had a horrible feeling from her so instead of sending my necklace out with her, I took my necklace home and decided to come back later so I could be serviced by someone else.In Feb 2022, I went back and I was helped by an Asian man. No issues there, he was very professional and took the time to do all the paperwork and took my necklace seriously. When I asked him if my necklace was "stretched out", he measured it and told me no. So clearly, the first lady just wanted to sell me something that I didn't need and basically lied to benefit her own commission.When I came back to pick up my necklace at the end of Feb, I was again helped by the rude lady that I dealt with when I came in Jan. I was already not impressed. Again, she was very rushed with me as I wasn't here to make a purchase. The feeling that she gave me was terrible. After I signed the papers, I felt as if she didn't even want to take the time to show me my necklace was fixed. Just awful feeling. The worst part was, as I was about to leave the store, I asked her for a bag to put my necklace as I didn't have a purse with me when I picked up the necklace. Lo and behold, she refused!!! She refused to give me a green Tiffany bag. She told me "we ONLY have big white paper bags". At that point, I just wanted to roll my eyes. How petty can this lady be? It’s a paper bag with literally no value.At the end of the day, I was still customer as I had to pay $73 to send my necklace in to get it fixed. I am not sure why she refused to give me a small Tiffany bag. And instead, would want her customer to risk losing her necklace. Words can't explain how petty this sales lady is. The overall experience was terrible. Part of shopping at Tiffany's is to have a luxury feel and receive luxury service. I definitely did not get that when I took my necklace in.

Terrible experience here today. The sales lady "helping" us was very impatient and unwilling to help. I wanted to try a necklace in yellow gold as I had recently bought one in rose gold but wanted to retry the yellow gold. After she checked, she said they didn't have it anymore, and told me that I can order one, but I really wanted to try it on before committing to ordering so I was thinking on what I should do. But there was a yellow gold necklace of the same design (different pendant size) on display RIGHT IN FRONT of her, and I had to ask her MYSELF if I could try it on. Why couldn't she have suggested it first if she wanted to be helpful?? As I was trying it on, she asked me in an annoyed tone "Have you decided?" It hasn't even been 2 minutes, and even if I took longer, she needs to wait and not show impatience!! There were no other customers around either and she wasn't busy at all. As I turned around away from the mirror to give the necklace back, she already had her hand out as if she waited for so long.The overall high rating this branch has is a shock to me. Maybe it was because it was an exchange, which means no commission hence the bad service? Is that how it is?? Unbelievable. Buying or exchanging, a customer is a customer. Please revise your customer service etiquette.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. My husband and I recently bought a bracelet and repaired a bracelet at Tiffany’s, guided by the wonderful Cole. Words cannot express how grateful we are for him and the time, care, and expertise that he brings to the table.

Amazing experience for first time shop in Tiffany stores. Who service us for our first visit here is NING. She is very patient to explain everything about diamonds, like teach someone who is zero experience. But she never lose her professional and observant, even we did not buy any thing for the first time on May. After we decided the date and then we go again by June, we found our gorgeous Engagement /Wedding rings and prefect size. Also the other man help us to do that, sorry about I forgot his name?? their service is really good, and professional. Highly recommended this store for Tiffany & Co. for someone who need prefect jewelries ❤️❤️❤️we love it so much. Thanks for everything. ??And I found my special perfume here as well? ? if anything we need, definitely come back here again.

Wonderful 7 Star experience!Begin with Kristen who greeted me, took her time getting to know me and what I am looking for, and spent enough time explaining the product. Which then I ended up buying my girlfriend's birthday gift from her.As simple as this, Kristen is a gem to have in Calgary market, where her professional experience should be shared with every luxury store.The rest of the team were helping other customers but were very aware of others.
