I would appreciate very much if your staff didn't take upon themselves to use up my points for a purchase. I stopped by for a small regular coffee yesterday and when I got to the drive through window I opened up my app to scan my card thinking that I would collect.pointa for my purchase. The attendant scanned my card and proceeded to tell me that my coffee was free. I should have inquired as to why! But not having a less than 5 dollars left in my account I welcomed it. When I checked my app, I noticed my points had gone down. I realized them that she had scanned my card, and used my point to pay for the coffee.I was not happy about it but by then it was too late.I DID NOT ask to use my points. That's my choice!What's going on here?The ladies there seemed so friendly to me before...now, I feel duped, trivked, scammed almost.I have an idea of what's happening but I won't say it! Lest t I come off as a "negative" person.But I'm here to warn people. It's your choice to use the points or not. It's not up to the staff. Beware.

This is our go to Tim hortons during the week but it has been so unpleasant in the early mornings. The ladies at the speaker and payment window are really quick but not in a professional way, there is real sense of urgency even if there isn't a long line up or no line up at all. It's not the greatest feeling to be told "Hurry up, friend! Hurry!" When you're taking out your card or cash to pay. It has happened many times, if it happened only a few times, I would understand. We have been visiting other locations just to avoid this customer service.

This Tim Hortons is strategically located. Their customer service is excellent, and the workers are very professional. Their pizza is well made, and their French vanilla coffee ☕️ was full.

Extremely slow drive thru. Breakfast combo (classic sausage english muffin, hash brown) was absolutely cold, and hash brown was not edible. Won't return to this location again.

Zero for Pooja no manners to talk most of people start there Möring from Tim and they don’t like to wish good mornings they say that we don’t like to say good morning and they never rply for that pooja needs more customers service training.
