Absolutely terrible customer service at the continue meadows tim Hortons from a lady who works there. I had purchased food and got home 10 minutes later and realized I had forgotten my debit card there. I tried calling to ask if they could set it aside for me but instead they answered and said they are to busy and hung up on me. I tried calling back and she then proceeded to get mad and told me to call the 711 and hung up again. Don’t understand how you can hire someone with no basic customer service abilities. Went back and found my debit card just sitting on the counter at Tim Hortons. Do better

Pre ordered 5 minutes before I got there. Line out to the road and they didn’t even have my order ready. about 25 cars went through drive thru before I got my drink. What’s the point of preordering getting me out of my vehicle to watch the damn drive through line cruise very dissatisfied and pissed off

I needed a treat for the crew that worked at my friend's apartment to fix a leak from the pipes. The crew worked hard and I thought donuts and coffee will make them feel better early morning. The staff prepared for me a dozen donuts and a box of timbits plus a box of coffee in less than 5 min. I really appreciate de service.

I would not leave any stars! I went thru the drive thru about 1:10 on February 5th, 2024. I am used to having to repeat my order several times when I go to this location. This day was different because the young man at the speaker and the window was so rude and lacked customer service skills. I was asked once again what my order was and i asked him if he was dealing with me now? He started to talk like a baby and almost singing his responses to me and mock me through the speaker. I really wanted to yell at him when I got to the window because after him telling me he was dealing with me he still got the order wrong. I can take the wrong order and the fact that 4-5 people are standing near him and can hear him but did anyone say anything? He continued to be a smart a$$ right up to the point I drove away. I work at a job where customer service is #1 and I was disgusted by this encounter. I am so mad I want to go back there and let him know what it means to run a business. Whomever is manager here should know you have 3 stars, there is a reason.

This location has consistently terrible customer service. I have went to this location quite a few times and the ladies in the drive-thru have always been rude and answer questions with horrible attitude.

Worst Tim Hortons drive-thru service ever. Server was rude. Yelled at through intercom. Rude at window. Refuse to scan for points. Poor service overall. Will not return.
