I was treated so amazing at TipTop Market Mall location today - there was the sweetest lady who helped me find my highschool graduating outfit, she had such an electric personality and she made me feel empowered through her humour! rarely do I experience customer service that leaves me wanting to be a little kinder in the world, if you are grad shopping I reccomend coming here it’ll have you feeling amazing!

I’m a loyal customer to Tip Top for many years. I had a bad experience with the store manager in Market Mall who was so tough, rude and unprofessional at all. I purchased a jacket and I didn’t like it, he refused to return it as the tag was unattached. I’m so frustrated with their way. And the crisis, I expected he was an employee but he was the manager🙄. I see they need more training to know how to deal with their loyal customers. I was so clear and honest as my son unattached the tag, but he insisted not to return it. I’ll reach the highest management to return my Jacket. This my last visit to Tip top in Market Mall and never recommend this branch at all.

Absolutely awful experience. I had a big event coming up and needed a new outfit. No one would even talk to me, and when i asked some oen for help he looked annoyed having to talk to me. to top it all off, some Ger child would not stop screaming and no one told her to take her urchin outside. Absolutely awful experience. I ended up going to Moores in crowfoot to get what i needed.

My fiancée and I visited Tip Top in Market Mall to buy a suit and shirt for our wedding ceremony. This is a very special occasion for us, but unfortunately, we felt disrespected and dismissed by the staff. The associate who served us behaved as if we were not serious buyers, and only after I confirmed the purchase did his attitude change. It was unpleasant, and although we did make the purchase, I am unlikely to return to this store and cannot recommend it.

Visited the Market Mall location this evening to return a pair of dress pants. Upon approaching the counter, we was informed by the associate that because we did not have a physical receipt, processing the return would be problematic and could potentially trigger an audit on her end.
After some discussion and going back and forth to clarify the situation, she ultimately agreed to process the return, for which we were genuinely appreciative.
However, the experience took an unfortunate turn. Before we had even exited the store, the associate very noticeably and exaggeratedly tore up the return receipt in front of us. Even more concerning was that she appeared to be openly mocking us about the situation while conversing with another customer nearby.
This behaviour felt rude, especially following what had otherwise been a polite resolution.

I have been to a couple of these store locations and the service is abysmal at each one. If you are lucky enough to have an employee help you when you walk in, they don't seem very knowledgeable or professional. I ordered a suit and needed a different size of vest. When I left the store I was assured everything is good and they will be in touch soon to confirm the status of my vest. Not only did I not receive any emails or calls. I called the location at least 20 times with no answer and no voicemail option. When someone finally picked up one day I found out the vest hadn't been ordered and nothing had been done about it for 2 weeks. This place may have lower prices but the staff are very unprofessional. Save yourself a headache and suit up somewhere else.

Ryan assisted us while we were in store and he was super helpful. On top of that dude has the best attitude and customer service skills. Definitely ask for him!

We just had the best experience with Rubina! She is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. Now this is what customer service should look like everywhere!
