“Since they refused to take my money, I had to give a five-star review at least. I recently had to get a TPMS replaced on my car and the manufacturer is not clear in their manuals that if they fail they may have connected to the wrong wheel hub on the display.
Not knowing this they replaced the one we thought was broken but turns out it was the wrong one. They graciously dumpster dived llooking for the old TPMS they had thrown out to replace and they swapped it the second time no charge so I really appreciate that.”
“We are a very busy family of 4 so two cars is absolutely necessary. So when we got a screw in our tire we needed it fixed asap. After calling 4 other places with no luck I called Paramount and he said bring it in and we’ll get it done! Only took them 40 minutes to repair it and we are so happy! We will be back”

Recently, I received a terrible repair quote at a Ford dealership in Langford, BC. Literally 250% higher than the original estimate.

“I thought my exhaust manifold was leaking, so I called Harper and they had me come in the next day to test where the leak was. They gave me a reasonable quote, and same day, said they could fix it. Turns out, issue was something smaller, and they fixed that instead super efficiently. They were also extremely honest and lowered the quote to fix this issue instead of the exhaust manifold. They were super kind, very fast, and extremely honest. Amazing experience, will absolutely return.”
