This is my first visit to Tiremaxx. First impressions go a long way. They were slammed with people and it went smoothly. People were great, prices were also excellent! The part many tire shops I find falter is in the balancing. Over the last few years I’ve had to go back numerous times after leaving other tire shops to get a rebalance before even getting home. This is the first time in years I drove away and my ride was exceptionally smooth. 😁

I recently purchased Firemax all-season tires and have driven them for about 5,000 km.
- Grip & Performance: The traction has been solid, giving me confidence on both dry and wet roads.
- Value: Honestly, the price is the best I’ve found in the city — excellent balance of affordability and quality.
- Durability: After several months of use, the tires still feel reliable and responsive.
Because of this positive experience, I just upgraded to Firemax winter tires for less the $100 each.

Wasted my time , I don’t understand why you string along your customers to make the sale make me wait an extra hour. Customer service 1 star, quality tire 1star ,pay the little extra and deal with a reasonable tire shop, they had three inexperienced people working the front end. First time dealing with them and this will be my last 3 hours + wait time after you made an appointment ( Don’t take their house brand ) complete garbage tire I understand you get what you pay for but they sure do push hard , look out for these guys

If you have a larger work vehicle, like a Chevy Express/2500 stick with the shops you know can handle your equipment. If that shop is gonna make you wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Bite the bullet and wait the three weeks. You're not doing yourself any favors by rushing into a mom and pop/ walk-in only shop. You MIGHT save $20/40? And I'll stick with Canadian Tire for my personal vehicle and the wife's. At least there you have an entire store to wander around if it ends up taking 7 hours.

I recently replaced my winter tires that I bought from Tirmaxx, and they did an awesome job balancing, mounting, and switching them with my all-season tires. The price was cheaper than other places, and the quality of work was fantastic. The customer service was amazing — super friendly and professional. Highly recommend Tirmaxx!
