I visited this store to buy a birthday present and was greeted with the most AMAZING, DELIGHTFUL staff I have ever encountered. Rafael was so helpful to me, going above and beyond with letting me use him as a model (not knowing what size shirt my partner wears). He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind. He found me the perfect gift. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future. Thank you, Rafael!

My boyfriend and I had previously visited the Cross Iron Mills location and due to their system being down we could not use a gift card to pay for our purchase. The manager there had tried our gift card and scratched the PIN number on the back of the card completely off and we were both upset as now it looked unusable but there was still money on it. We visited the Chinook location and the manager Manjit was very understanding of our encounter at Cross Iron and called customer service for us in order to figure out how we could use this gift card today. We thank her very much for her wonderful customer service as we received the complete opposite at Cross Iron. As a frequent customer at Tommy Bahama, the service we appreciate is exactly the type that Manjit provided us today. We were very happy that she went the extra mile to help us use the gift card after the Cross Iron manager mangled it so badly without a care. Thank you to the Chinook team!

Tip to your useless manager Kim in Chinook Center, don’t accuse young ladies of shoplifting without any evidence of such. Then when the the teenagers mother shows up you lie to them about it and say they were never accused of theft. Claiming all you asked was how they liked the sunglasses while the other person with you literally tried saying that they took the sunglasses. But all of sudden there’s no CCTV footage because it’s not working. And then publicly humiliating the poor kids by sending mall security and police after them in the mall. But they were never accused according to your manager. So do you send police and security after all your customers to see if they liked the product in the store? Or is just young kids that get that follow up because you think you can get away with it. Not cool and will never get my business
