I have been consistently getting my nails done here and have had a positive experience with my nail technician. The styles I've requested are accurate and often times more reflective of my own personal style after consultation. I have recommended a couple of my friends to the same location and artist and they have both expressed satisfaction with their sets. Great experience!

Very poor service mostly they are short staffed and running around , anything you show them they do something completely different not satisfied with their service at all

I think we ended up there during a busy rush, but the ladies helping us were working on multiple people simultaneously and we were left alone for over 30 min and when helping us they were in a huge rush.

The staff are not very polite.The pedicure was not good,I had to trmmy nails after I got home.I had told her I wanted them short.Also they do a poor cuticle removal.Always are rushed and just want the job done quickly.I have been many times but not going again.Service: Pedicure

I am very disappointed with this service! Every time I go there, I typically get this stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady to wax my eyebrows instead of other technicians. This stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady is always rude and aggressive towards me. I went to get my eyebrows done today and this stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady kept telling me to stop moving and to keep my eyes closed, and I did! I remained calm, and my eyes were closed the whole time (even while she was pressing her thumb so hard on my eyeball)! I barely moved! This stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady pulled my skin off and pulled so much hair out of my left eyebrow. Now, I have a scar! Instead of apologizing for her mistake, this stuphid aggressive eyebrow technician lady blames it on me! She tells me that I should have kept my eyes closed, and I did! I'm not going back there again!Service: Waxing

Never going back there ever again! Horrible eyebrow waxing experience! They are rude and don't know how to wax eyebrow properly. Wouldn't trust these women with any hair removal at all.
