I had the best experience there, I’ve been going to this salon for almost 3 years now. Today I got my nails done by Jessica the sweetest person I know, she worked efficiently and asked me about my preferences. If you can I highly recommend getting your nails done here not only are the nails good but the people as well. Thank you so much Jessica!! I’ll ask for you again 😙

I just wanted to ask about the pricelist, but the guy assisting me was very rude. He could’ve explained politely that the prices had changed instead of talking to me with an attitude. My friend recommended this place and she came just last week. I honestly didn’t expect to be treated this way. Very disappointing customer service! I suggest going to Nails Spa Marlborough instead they’re much more friendly and their prices are cheaper too!

Jan, a very nice person and miticulously did my nails. I love it. And Judy the owner is so expert, such an artist. She did my eyebrows and eyelashes so quick but very nice.I’m satisfied and happy for the outcome. I recommend this place.

I've been going to top nails for a few years now. Today I had such an exceptional experience. I want to thank Jessica for her professionalism and artistic work. It's hands down the best experience I've had there. She was attentive, gave me her expert advice as far as choosing color and design , which I appreciate a lot. Everything was seamless. I had such an amazing experience at Top Nails in NE! The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and professional. The salon is super clean and relaxing, and they really take their time to make sure every detail is perfect. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful—exactly what I wanted and more. 💅✨ They offer a great variety of colors and styles, and the quality of their work truly lasts. I highly recommend Top Nails to anyone looking for the best nail spa experience in NE Calgary!

I’ve been coming here for years as a loyal client and even after taking a break for personal reasons, I had no doubt about where to return. Their service is always fantastic, they’re super accommodating, and they can always fit me in. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for great nails and friendly service!

I have been a loyal client here for 8 years, but I can no longer support this business. The owner has repeatedly disrespected me and others, especially Black clients. She pressured me to leave her a good review, but when I mentioned that I model and asked if she could offer a discount, she refused and became rude. She then charged me $95 for my nails. When I tipped $5 (instead of my usual 10–15%), she punished my sister by overcharging her $85 for the same service I got a month earlier for $65.
I’ve brought her many clients over the years, but she often makes them uncomfortable if they don’t tip “enough,” even saying things like “no gift for me?” She never acknowledged my loyalty as a client, always dismisses my input with “I know what’s best, don’t tell me what to do,” and consistently shows unprofessional behaviour.
