10/10 highly recommend. The total truck and trailer team is beyond amazing. Jason always goes above and beyond to help. Tom is amazing and friendly. Highly knowledgeable and repairs get done right the first time every time. This is our forever shop. You won’t be disappointed. The entire team is friendly and you always feel welcome.

Recently had my clutch and flywheel done on my welding rig here at Total.
From the shop floor up, this place is filled with great people who know what they are doing! Excellent quality work, all done in the expected time frame ( my truck is my business and they really helped me out in a pinch!).
When you walk in you are greeted by Jason, and you immediately know you are in good hands , great person with a great attitude, never a frown on the guys face.
Keep doing what you guys are doing!
Highly recommend, and will be back!

Was recommended to bring my Mack here but I will definitely not come back or recommend them. My Jake stopped working so they diagnosed it saying there was an emissions issue and they recommended emissions deleting it. I was all for it. Got it back a week later, it ran like junk, had several warning lights on, etc. the codes were all injector trim codes. And my Jake still didn’t work. How did that even pass quality control? Brought it back and they CHARGED me to put the injector trims back. They lost it during the delete software process but that’s my fault? I confirmed with two HD techs that trim values indeed can, and regularly do get lost during a delete and a competent tech would save them before the tune file. I tried to argue this but it was just ‘ nope your injectors were clearly replaced’. Uh… no? It’s a 2016 with original injectors…. I got it back, warning lights still on but it ran ok. Jake STILL not working. I didn’t even bother going back in. One of the HD techs I know spent 20 mins and found a broken wire. So $7,000 spent on not fixing it, to be found as just a broken wire. Seriously appalled, but hey, thanks for the emissions delete I guess…

Of all the great reviews none mean anything at all when your waiting for over a month for service, asked politely for the fastest opening and just kept getting the run around, started to believe that maybe these people are just after big paying jobs which is fair, but not very professional because professionals are after helping everyone!
If your in need of prompt service and your a small guy like me, don't even bother with ttr, they will literally waist a whole month of your time as it means nothing to them, thanks Jason really appreciate the waist of time!

Total Truck Repair is good repair shop, they know what they are doing. Jason is very knowledgeable & polite. My truck was at Bonny brook truck repair shop cannot fix it. They send to Total truck & repair shop fix my truck. Because Total truck repair programing my truck DEF & ECM. They delete DEF & programing ECM. I find out.

This is the best trailer repair in Calgary. Would give 12 stars if I could. In a tight bind and they were booked. Brought in my tri axle dump trailer due to a hub assembly falling apart. These guys had my trailer fixed and serviced in less then a day. Great pricing and proficient service. I'll never take my trailer any where else ! They went above and beyond.Thanks guys! Jason you're awesome.
