I have used tower cleaners lots for suit cleanings & clothing repairs which were fine but this has been the worst customer experience that is still dragging on for months.
We bought a new couch in September & our dog damaged a cushion so we dropped it off at the start of October & eventually started calling weekly for updates on the progress. They would say they would have to find out & call me back to which I never did receive a call back.
Finally mid December I got an update the plant had lost it & I would receive a resolution hopefully within a week. A little over a week went by & finally a email from a lady named Desirae early morning to which I responded to within the hour & haven’t heard back. I even followed up on that email with no reply saying their on holidays or anything so I’m not sure what’s going on. I tried to be nice & co-operative but I’m very exhausted & as it’s been months with basically no updates or call backs. I was honestly hoping to get our cushion back to take it somewhere else but this whole experience has just been terrible & currently isn’t resolved
