“A nice store of children's goods and toys. But something is still missing. A lot of outdated goods that were relevant a few years ago, but now they are just gathering dust on the shelves, because they are no longer interesting to children. At the same time, there is an insufficient range of more stable products that enjoy constant popularity.”

“We couldn't be happier with our fun toy toys, we have a UTV, and we bought extra batteries for extended fun! We bought the new 48v quad, this thing is powerful, big and little enjoy it! Their service is above and beyond. Their price is very good, when you consider service and quality, it won't be beat! We will be back again for a future purchase! AND they sell parts, so I'd anything breaks its always fixable. This way, your toy will last for many years! You won't get that with cheap Costco, toys r us or any other places!”

“You can't go through YYC without stopping at this Calgary Airport staple and checking it out! This business has been around for decades and used to be two separate stores (one was aviation models, toys, collectables; and the other was the coolest toy store I know of in Calgary). The stores are now combined, but the product from both original stores is available in the combined, current store. The toys are just amazing, unique, and fun. The aviation model selection is extensive and has all price points to satisfy all collectors. The staff have been loyal over decades and always remember me! I buy all my aviation models here, and gifts for my nephews and neice in the toy store. This is a MUST see if you have time at YYC.”
“We came here after failing to find some items ar Dollarama. I knew to come here as the last time we needed something that Dollarama didn't carry, we found it at another Buck or Two..The store is clean and bright with plenty of room between aisles. Upon entering, we inquired about a cake cutter, and the staff member pointed us in the right direction.Beyond what we found, we inquired about helium, and they showed us the price list. It's good to know that we can still get helium here!”
“I'm not one to normally leave reviews but I had to after my most recent visit.
My mom bought a stroller end of August that ended up going on sale begining of September and included a gift card when purchased. We brought the reciept to the Sunridge store who would only honor the price difference but not the gift card which made no sense because we could just return the stroller and then repurchase it and get the discount and the gift card. So then we went to Brentwood where she originally bought the stroller. The supervisor on shift was not comfortable performing the return as it would "flag in their system" (even though it would be 2 separate transcations) and when they called the manager, the manager refused to honor both the gift card and discount as they said it wasn't applicable even though I had the terms and conditions stating that it just had to be purchased in store. So we then went to Crossirons as they helped me with the exact return for my car seat. Thank God for Dean! (also, shout out to the other manager, a woman, who helped me when I did this with my car seat, but I don't know you're name, sorry!). Dean knew exactly what had to be done and was able to help us with the transactions and have us on our way in minutes, having both the price adjustment and the gift card. And shout out to Uroosa who was the cashier who was able to page Dean and also get us organized with all the payments. Both of them made our day as it was such a frustrating situation that shouldn't have been frustrating had the other stores just honoured the sale.
All this to say, Crossirons Toys R Us continues to be my favourite to shop at and the staff there are always great. Definitely recommend them over any other store around. Thank you Dean and Uroosa!”
