I had shuttle service downtown in the am and a pickup before noon as my windshield was repaired - along with a bulb i had out on front end…cheap bulb fix too! “I took my car to Lakeview based on the great Google reviews, and they definitely lived up to the reputation. I brought in my Ford Escape, which needed an oil change, a differential fluid change, brake pad and rotor and most importantly, diagnosis for a strange noise coming from the back. Jesse and his crew diagnosed the issue and was spot on.
Throughout the process, I received pictures, updates, and a clear quote outlining the work needed. There were no surprises with the billing. I also got my car back faster than expected—I thought it would take until the following week, but they had it fixed the very next day. The noise is now completely gone.

“Some shops charge an arm and a leg for a simple oil change and I found Zia Automotive to be very affordable. Not only are they a very honest and straightforward business, they are knowledgeable. I took my SUV in for an oil change and my engine light happen to be on. They diagnosed it for free of charge and also noted some issues I should be aware of. “Updating my review... just had more excellent work done on my older vehicle, always the best service, found them 15+ yrs ago and wouldn't go any where else, this has been through 2 different vehicles.
