Store looks great, but staff were rude on July 23, 2024.
All staff were in the back room and did not greet customers or make themselves available to help customers. I came in to buy a 14" Mew plush that I've had my eye on for a couple of visits (buying as a present for a friend). Two staff members were chatting in the back room when I entered the store and stayed that way for three minutes. When one of them eventually emerged from the back room, I asked for help getting one of the plush toys down from the high shelf (because I didn't want to just grab for it and risk knocking other items over). The staff had an attitude the entire time they saw me. They let out an annoyed huff, came over, grabbed at the item, refused to let me handle it or inspect it, and just immediately put it back on the shelf not even two seconds after. I told them that I wanted to purchase that item (again, within a second or two) and they let out another annoyed sound and snapped at me, "Really? Now?" and reached for it again. The staff pushed passed me to ring me up, did not offer me a bag or the opportunity to purchase a bag, and did not offer me a gift receipt.
I regret buying from this store. The plush was stained coming off of the shelf (smudges on the back of the plush), but seeing as the staff was already annoyed and rude, I didn't dare ask for them to get me the one further back on the shelf. My friends and I all love the Pokémon Plush from this shop, but if this is the attitude the staff have toward customers, then I don't think I'll be returning the next time I'm looking to buy a plush as a gift for a friend.

The claw machine are rugged they don't even pick up the plush wasted 22$ for nothing the one at market mall is 100% better for clam machines go there not here. DO NOT TRY THE CLAW MACHINE!!!!

I love going to treehouse toys! I am a model addict and I used to order from Aliexpress for all of my models . Now I can see the models put together, and their prices are very reasonable.

i found this store while i we just walking around the mall and i was pleasantly surprised. the staff greeted me as soon as i walked in and was able to answer questions i had about their wooden puzzles. they have a great selection of plushies and funko pops as well! great store to shop around for gifts!

The claw machines in this store are not fit for retail. In an arcade, okay! In a mall, in a toy store, branded to attract young children, their presence is a case of disgraceful profiteering.

They don’t answer their phone in the afternoon after several tries and their web site says they are open till 11pm in a mall that closes at 8 pmAre they out of business??

If I can give a negative review I would. I was here not too long ago and a worker that has dirty blonde hair and wears glasses was so rude. She was very dismissive, rolling her eyes when I asked her a question. I will never come here ever AGAIN because of the horrible experience she had me go through.

They have some really cool products, I'm looking forward to what else they will have in the future. The employees are very polite and helpful too, they did very well in trying to find what I was looking for.

Nice little toy store. Everything is well organized and samples of some of the puzzles are available for you to look at.
