We are longtime clients of Tunerworks. Rob and the team are real pro’s. Many of our projects have been specialized and expensive treats. Today was different and we experienced the same outstanding service. So, it’s the Friday before Christmas and one run flat tire alerted me of very low psi as I left the house for a full day of holiday errands before family arrives. Clearly this wasn’t a weather change situation, I had a puncture. One call to Mark somehow got me in for service and ultimately resolution of the issue — I was back on the road by afternoon. Amazing. Christmas, no scheduled appointment, pleasant service interaction, problem solved and an invoice under $100 - so impressive. Whether it’s a highly customized purchase or a quick fix, Tunerworks really comes through. So appreciated. Highly recommend.

From the point of contacting Tunerworks for information on snowtires - to the specs we were looking for - studded tires - wheels - wheel size was absolutely seamless. Trevor returned all messages - emails very quickly with great recommendations of which turned out to be great.
