I called today about a part on my car that showing under the passenger side of my car. When I spoke Courtney I said I could leave the car there. She sent me a message that the car was ready. They did try to put the moulding back on but it would not stay, they had to remove it. I had wonderful service from the phone call to when I picked up my car. If you need any car body repairs done , you need to take your vehicle to them . Thank you for today.

This company and the staff I had the good fortune of being helped by, Courtney and Chase, are fantastic. Quality people, through and through, which really is the heart of any business. My father, when he was 83, had been in an accident caused by the other party, and he had his vehicle towed the same day to Uber Auto Body's SE location based on a recommendation from a friend. He had just been in an accident that day, so was a little frazzled understandably. They helped my father get settled and assisted him with taking care of contacting his insurance company for him and also getting him set up with rental car, covered by his insurance, just down the road. I live in BC so once I heard about all this later from my father I reached out to Uber Auto Body to work through the claim. Everyone there were super kind, patient and incredibly helpful, especially considering I was now acting on my father's behalf remotely. They answered all my questions, even though they had gone through it all with my father originally. They kept me informed, explained the process and were always quick to reply and provide clear, thorough information, which helps so much in these messy situations. They saved my father's peace of mind through all this and I'm so grateful for their considerate and professional approach. I'd trust them with any of my vehicle's repairs.

The staff are very responsive, friendly and helpful. They did great work repairing my vehicle and also coordinating the payment via the third party that caused the damage.
The only negative was that it took 3 months to get my vehicle in to get repaired.

I recently had some scratches on my hood repaired at Uber Auto Body, and I can't recommend them enough. The entire experience was great; all the staff are friendly and professional, and were willing to work with me through the whole process. I can tell that they put a lot of pride into their work, and they cared for my vehicle as much as I do myself!
Will definitely be going back to do any body work in the future.

Chase & team once again did a phenomenal job. Cayenne needed minor body work and almost a full re-clear. This is my 3rd car I've brought to Uber and will always be back. Fantastic work as always.

The services: from the delightful and extremely competent young woman at the front desk, the temporary fix of the bumper ( which allowed me to drive for two weeks before the scheduled repairs), the young man who drove me home, and finally, most importantly, the excellent job in repairing all of the damage.

Incredibly helpful and friendly business.
Manager saw our hired SUV parked nearby as we struggled to get hire company out to repair a flat tyre.
He came out to offer to take the car in and fit the spare wheel, so we could get to our hotel, ALL FREE OF CHARGE. Car repaired and on our way in 15mins, all this after the body shop was due to close for the evening.
Simply fantastic service.

Uber Auto Body is amazing. Second time we have had them fix a vehicle for us. They always go above and beyond. Someone hit and run my car in a parking lot about a month after I imported my car from Japan. The bumper is now 100% perfect and they even made sure my bumper spats were properly adhered to the bumper (one was losing its adhesive). Their customer service is second to none as well. Thanks again!!! Very happy!!

Uber Auto Body has consistently exceeded expectations, providing exceptional service throughout a challenging period of vehicle damage. Since 2020, I have experienced significant vehicle damage, including hail damage and four accidents (none of which were my fault). On each occasion, Uber Auto Body's performance has been outstanding. The Uber Autobody team was amazing to deal with and the work they did was perfect. There is a bit of a wait time to get work done but once you are in the shop everything is efficient and on time. Courtney at the front desk is so very helpful to deal with, no question is a problem for her to respond to and she makes the entire experience positive. I would highly recommend this company and this location.
