I had a great experience dealing with them. Went through the online form, got a call back with some info and pricing on the likely fix, booked an appointment for the repair. Shoutout and huge thanks to Athiv for being able to get my phone fixed without actually needing to do a full screen replacement! Knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I really appreciate it.

BUYER BEWARE. Better Bureau Complained filed on Sept 24th 2024: On May 8th 2024 I brought my Sony PlayStation 5 in for repair of a broken HDMI port. See before pics. They called me on May 13th saying that they couldn't repair it because their machine was broken. I picked it up on May 14th and noticed immediately that they lied about not trying to fix it because the port had clearly been replaced. See after pictures. I then brought it to another repair shop (MC Fix) on May 14th. They confirmed that it was indeed replaced and that it was severely damaged compared to before. They said that Mobile Klinik damaged the pads on the logic board and caused a defective chip. They deemed it unrepairable on July 7th. I contacted the Mobile Klinik and they wanted to try to fix it themselves. Hesitant, I brought it back to Mobile Klinik around July 8th . They then kept my PlayStation and didnt contact me with any updates until I called them after waiting weeks. I went in on Sept 7th to seek resolution, as it had now been around 3 months they had it. I asked for a replacement. They argued and insisted on fixing it. They contacted me on Sept 10th amd said they were sending it to Sony. On or around Sept 13t they claimed that it was fixed, so I picked it up on Sept 16th. I was able to use it for maybe 30 hours, until sept 22nd it stopped working. My partner contacted them on my behalf on Sept 24 explaining the situation and requesting a replacement or a reimbursement for a new one as it has been months and they cannot fix it. The owner was argumentative and insisted on bringing it back again and refused to take ownership, as he claims to have tested it beforehand. We have now given up as it has been almost 5 months and dealing with the owner has been extremely draining. We've wasted a lot of time and they never seem to want to take accountability. So we have ordered a replacement ourselves. At this point, it would be fair to reimburse us for the price of a new unit less the cost of the original repair which was quoted by the other shop at $180.

Brought in my ipad pro to fix the screen and had 3.5 weeks of my time wasted. First week nothing happened, 2nd week a defective part was ordered. The 3rd week a screen was in order and none of my remaining screens touch worked anymore. I had brought the iPad in with three quarters of the screen working. What another repair shop showed me is that these guys pulled off the initial screen off and disconnected the wires without pulling the battery first which now fried part of the motherboard. I understand accidents happen but at least be honest in telling me that you had made an accident with destroying the two senor ports that had worked prior to the repair process. Very disappointed leaving with more damages to fix. I used to love this company as it treated all my electronics with flawless fixes and fast repair times. Now I would call this place "UBreakIBreakMore".

5 separate calls on hold for over 20 mins each throughout the afternoon from 2-4pm on August 9, 2024 and still can't get ahold of anyone.
This business needs to learn how to answer the phone as I don't believe they can be that busy for 2 hours straight.

Walked, they troubleshooted a speaker issue and ended up just needing cleaning. Fixed the issue. I offered to pay and they declined.
I used them once before a few years back with my kid dropped my pixel 6 and shattered the screen when they used to be iFixit
Repeat customer and would definitely recommended this and the mobile klinik company!
