I want to share my experience of how my car was repaired at the universal Ford Lincoln body shop. I contacted them to repair the car in December 2023, they promised to fix it in 28 days. In the end, they fixed it in almost 4 months, and when I called to find out what was wrong, how long it would take to fix it, they said they didn’t know. They didn't offer a rental car and don't care about your problems. Avoid universal Ford Lincoln body shop, I do not recommend contacting them.

If possible I would have given them a 0 star rating as they didn't even care about their customers at all.My friend's 2024 mustang has been sitting since january and still no idea when they are gonna return it back and upon that when he tries to contact them through calls, emails they just ignore that as if they don't even care.

Amazing body shop. 2nd vehicle we've had fixed in 9 months because of hail damage. What they promised they followed thru on. Back to fixed in the amount of time promised. Even took another brand vehicle there and they were amazing.

Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Made appointment to take truck in for paint touch up which was warranty issue. They cancelled because one of their bays was down. Went to re-book , no longer covered because warranty ran out. What a scam.I ve bought a couple trucks from universal, never again. Go somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I brought my 2016 F-150 here as they were a vendor for my insurance company. It took 6 weeks to get my truck back which was a joke. Excuse, after excuse. When I did get it back, it looked like they'd done nothing. My front grill was still damaged, hood had runs in the paint, the sunroof wouldn't open or close, door locks wouldn't engage. Heat wouldn't work. There was over spray all over the dash, all over my touch screen, console, literally everywhere. I refused to take the truck. They assured me that these items would be rectified. 3 Weeks later I got a call to pick up my truck. Again, there was damage to the front grill. It was dark when I picked it up, so I couldn't see the interior. The following morning when I got in, none of the over spray was cleaned up, and there were additional runs on the door panels. I called my insurance company, they wanted me to return it for a 3rd time. I refused, and took it to another Auto Body shop. They said it was the worst work they'd ever seen. My insurance company agreed to have that company do the work and back charge Universal. My adjuster came to site to actually view my truck as it was that bad. The bill at the other shop was $4000 just to clean up what Universal did which goes to show you the garage job they did.
