For anyone who truly cares about retaining their car's finish and looks for years to come, then Ultimate Auto Protection located in Calgary AB is the place to go. Renée, Crystal and their team did a phenomenal job, meticulously installing the 10 mil film ensuring all potential impact points on my new vette were protected. I also want to thank them for going over and above by doing the installation on the weekend when they are not normally open. You see, I flew in from the east coast on a Friday night, to pick up my car Saturday morning. Since I was going to drive it back to Nova Scotia, 5200 kms, the thought of no protection was less than appealing. Renée stepped up and ensured it was ready for a Monday departure. Couldn't ask for a more dedicated and customer oriented company.

Best group of people I've ever dealt with! (I think this is my first review I've left for anyone)
Just bought my vehicle and they were able to squeeze me in the same week. They have gone above and beyond what I expected and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to have tint/PPF installed. Awesome work!

A few years back, I had my first vehicle’s sunroof and moon roof protected by Renee. After the recent vicious hailstorm, that vehicle was written off, I then purchased a similar new vehicle. My first thought was of Renee to get it protected. I dropped the car off the afternoon prior to my scheduled appointment, so that they would have it the entire day to work on it. They were to apply protective film to the sun roof and moon roof. In addition, their silver package was to be applied. Just before leaving the next day to pick it up, I got a call from Crystal saying that they would like it to sit inside overnight to properly dry. I really appreciated the call as it was a significant drive to her shop. That in my opinion is what customer service is all about, COMMUNICATION.
I do not make it a habit of recommending places of business however, I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

Great service from the crew at Ultimate Auto Protection. Crystal was very responsive to all my emails and questions and Renee gave me a lot of detail on how to care for my new PPF on my truck. I got the Diamond package as I bought the truck used and it had some significant scratches and Rock chips all over. Got an estimate to have the scratches repaired and the paint repairs were completed under the estimated cost (they definitely did more than what they charged me).They also found a couple dents on the bed and popped them out for me. The crew went above and beyond and repaired scratches on my truck that I didn't expect them to (scratches inside my truck and high on the bed that the PPF didn't touch). Really appreciated the detail put into restoring the truck close to its original condition! They even cleaned out all the mud in the hood scoop! Great attention to detail. Love finding a shop that takes the time to do it right the first time.

Extremely stubborn when it comes to prices, then wants you to drop the car off for a full day no matter if they are tinting 1 window or 10, won't provide an Uber or any form of transportation, so not only will you be paying a high amount for tints but also add in your uber cost to go home and come back. What a ridiculous business model. Also wants you to deattach your dashcam, that's when you know they are up to something sketchy, there should be no privacy when you are working in MY VEHICLE.
Honestly avoid this place and find someone better, plenty of Xpel installers, check Xpel’s website for other options.
To the owner who replied, I am just speaking the truth, if you guys provided good value with good service, this review would be entirely different. Do you expect people to drop off the vehicle for a full day and not provide transportation? What a joke.

Absolutely incredible work and service from Ultimate Auto Protection. Brought my shelby gt350 in for a full body xpel wrap and ceramic coat and I couldn't be more pleased. There were a lot of rock chips from the previous owner and they touched them all up for me as well. This was also the best price for a wrap and ceramic coat that I could find. I've done full ppf wraps, coloured vinyl wraps and ceramic coats at on other cars at other shops before but Ultimate Auto is for sure my go to spot for any future work. Thank you so much!

Renee and crystal are awesome! I have brought UAP two cars and they did a great job on both. Great pricing and turnaround. Book as soon as you can, because they are always busy (a great sign).

Best place for tinting and 3M. The attention to detail is second to none. I've gone to other places and never realized that the work was shotty at best compared to this place. Will recommend to everyone! It's nice to see people who take pride in their work and believe in quality and customer satisfaction again!

UAP did a phenomenal job on both my AMG GTSs, I did the first one in Matt finish and they did a phenomenal job that when I got a second one, I brought it to them to have it PPF’d, The attention to detail and the due diligence is outstanding, strongly recommended

Had the Gold level PPF done on my Defender as dealer never did for me. Great service, quick with answers to your questions and a good finished product. Also very good communication as there was unknown 3m done on viehcle and they not only discounted to work, they made sure I knew exactly what going on. On the windshield list too.
