Went to go view a used truck that was displayed on there website at $14,000 and having 144,000 km on it only to find upon arrival that it had additional 26,000 km on it as well totaling 170,000 km. I understand mistakes happen but upon reviewing the listing again the price had jumped another $11,000 in just the span of a couple hours reaching $25,000. I get mistakes happen but one would think that the price and odometer readings are pretty hard to mess up especially when it comes to car sales. Pretty disappointed in this overall experience now. Make sure you check your odometer readings when you test drive I guess!

Advantage Ford is the kind of dealership that takes care of you in a time that can be quite stressful. Raj (Sales Constant) was very kind and patient through the whole process and never pressured anything along the way. Bonus points for his humour as well! Casey (Sales Manager) made sure to check in with me along the way at different points and made me feel supported. Theresa (Financial Manager) was easy to deal with and took action to help me in ways I was very grateful for. Overall great experience!

Bought a ford escape for 8k and was told the car was in really good condition. I spot some oil leaking and so I got the car inspected it needs about 7k of work on it and universal ford are not accepting any liability, absolute con artists, stay clear don't buy from them. Jacob was friendly but his bosses are con artists.
