I wish all pharmacies and pharmacist were as helpful as this was one. Dr. Mehta asked me questions about my issues, when I spoke I was listened to, and when I asked questions not only was I given a solid answer, but I wasn't made to feel stupid either. It's crazy how something so basic can make such a difference when dealing with people.
I will happily come back here for any issues I have in the future.

I want to share my gratitude and experience with Dr. Dharit Mehta at Universal Health Pharmacy. Last week, we visited the walk-in clinic next door to get medical attention for my son and myself. To our surprise, the clinic was closed, even though its website stated it was open on Saturdays.
We approached Dr. Mehta, desperate for help. My son had been suffering from a severe earache and had been unable to sleep for two nights. Dr. Mehta went above and beyond to assist us. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding of our situation.
I’m thankful for his help and wanted to express my appreciation through this review. I highly recommend Dr. Mehta and Universal Health Pharmacy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate pharmacist.

Called Universal Health Ranchlands to see if they had received a prescription received from hospital after my sons discharge. I was told they had and it would be delivered between 3:00 and 4:00 that day. It arrived after 8:00 incomplete. One medication of a two part process was missing rendering the medication received useless. We were told the following day they were not able to completely fill the prescription leaving us scrambling to find a pharmacy that could. Fortunately the first pharmacy we called was able to fill. Not only is it bad service it is dangerous.

I received excellent customer service, the pharamacist there was exceptional, his kind, and was quick to assist. A+ service, no waiting like other pharmacies when receiving meds. Highly recommend them. His name was Dhirit . Thank you 🙏

I have never had a pharmacist who was so attentive to my needs. My prescriptions are done and ready to send before I realize it’s time. Very polite, professional and helpful. I’ve used the compound pharmacy too and that was great. Free delivery is just a bonus.

Do not bother going here if you are a walk in. Service is terrible, wait time is terrible and doctors do not help. I have gone twice now, both times not busy and had to wait a couple hours. Doctors spent 2 min with me only to say I was fine. Had to basically fight with them to get any sort of help. Wife brought my 4 and 6 year old that both had a bad cough and runny nose, ear aches, crying in pain. Waited 2.5 hours and still were not seen. Other walk ins came and went before they got looked at. Absolute terrible service. I will never go back.

This pharmacy and Scenic Acres Pharmacy are the best that I personally have ever dealt with. ImeldaWent above and beyond for my son and met us after hours. I don’t know what else you would call perfect customer service.
