Urban Cellars is a friendly and knowledgeable liquor store with an excellent selection of beer, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. The staff is lovely, kind, and experienced, providing great customer service. They offer a huge selection, including rotating craft beers available as individual cans, and a large fridge of cold beverages. The store is always very clean and well stocked. It is also dog friendly. Customers can enjoy fun draws and giveaways. Prices are noted as pretty fair. It is described as the best liquor store and ultimate one stop shop in town.
While they didn't have what we were looking for the staff went above and beyond by helping us find other stores in Calgary that might have the product in stock! That kind of customer service is extremely rare these days, thank you!
