While they didn't have what we were looking for the staff went above and beyond by helping us find other stores in Calgary that might have the product in stock! That kind of customer service is extremely rare these days, thank you!

Its a little expensive if you can affors it, I always go here the staff are really friendly know what customer service is about. They treat you very well, the store is always kept stocked, I can't complain. The service is always friendly and polite, they greet you at the door when you come in. That's what I like, that's proper.

Great staff of Canadian girls. Respectful and kind reception. Reasonable prices and high-end service. I advise everyone to make this shop their first destination for buying their alcoholic drinks. Stop using the other expensive shops like the damn Olympia Liqour in the downtown.

The very worst customer service I have received. I bought a bottle of corked wine back.(twice) Dealt with Jim and JR who agreed the wine was corked/off both were pleasant but told me I would need to contact the owner Jennifer Bird as they could not do anything . I had the visa bill proving purchase but not the receipt. The owner would not talk to me but told her staff not to offer me a credit note without a receipt. So for the sake of $22 Urban cellars and specifically Jennifer have lost our business. I would add, this has been pretty much our sole liquor store since moving to Calgary 3 years ago and would have continued to be as its local and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It feels greedy to admit your wine is corked but refuse to replace it, very poor indeed.
