Today is December 9 the staff is very rude i was their to buy for my kids i ask heir to gave me size because it is up in high she say she need to clear every line it comes so i have to wait for everyone and she is so rud to even answer any questions and also she is say we are not allowed for every question i ask and she say i have to count i have to see what you taking she went me to feel like am not welcome in that store but we been buying every year from that store i feel so bad for been their.very bad lady but i think she is not happy with heir life .she say she dont gave me heir name because she knows she not doing heir job this is the clothes i buy i dont think i will be in this store.

I was at Cross Iron location today.Strange policies, I got ID cause I paid with $100 bill?? Plus the attendant had to ask the manager and wouldn’t sell me the last size of a sweater my son wanted off the mannequin.

My Daughter and I went shopping for her birthday and I LOVED Alex and Ana!!! They were amazing ans super helpful! I am deaf and many people treat me as tho I'm an inconvenience and they absolutely dis the opposite! While there they had a horrible Wan swear at them and berate them because her child broke a squishy toy all over her shirt. These women handled her with civility and couth she definitely didn't deserve!!! Congrats to this store for have such amazing staff and save us parents on a shopping spree with teenagers!!
