I recently visited this location and had such an amazing experience! One of the team members, Dina, really made my visit memorable. She was working in the fitting rooms and even wrote my name in beautiful cursive, it was such a thoughtful touch. She helped me pick out the perfect night-out outfit and made the whole process fun and enjoyable. If you shop here, definitely look for Dina, she’s incredible!

I like UO jeans so many years. The vipe in the store is nice. The only problem is some of the staffs were not really helpful. She would rather stayed by the counter checking the items not bother to find out if there was a size in the store. Another staff helped me got the size I needed.

Store looks like it has good clothing, music is WAY TOO LOUD! I am considered normal and my daughter is neurodivergent and neither of us could handle it inside!

Tried ordering a set of outfit to the storefront, as I have done many times.... The staff told me they don't do such a thing with a cursive behavior.

The store had so many things we loved but above everything else that was wonderful, was Adriana!! She was so helpful, she figured out my daughter’s style right away and just grabbed a ton of items for her, and made it so easy for us. Adriana was personable, had great energy, and wowed us! As a former retail manager of MANY years, I know a stand out when I see one, Adriana is a standout!! Huge thanks and accolades to this amazing young lady.

I was in the shop yesterday Monday June 10th? I was in there for half an hour,in the evening supper time ish.. all three little girls working there not one person said a bleeping word to me as I looked at stuff one even came out of the back corner door was inches away from me didn't even say a word so I don't know what kind of people you hire at this shop but not impressed at all. Too busy talking among themselves disgusting
