Came here for delivery, went inside ask the girl to open the gate, stood there for 15-20 minutes l, tried calling on the phone for straight 30 minutes she was on call where as i was standing outside in cold.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Urban Planet today thanks to Jasmine! My friend and I were there to buy winter jackets, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Despite assisting multiple customers at once, she managed to give each of us her full attention with a friendly smile, making us feel truly welcomed. Jasmine went above and beyond, even showing us alternative options and giving us excellent advice on how to wash the jackets without shrinking them. Her customer service was outstanding.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have I honestly want to cry right now I was just in urban planet with money in my pocket I just purchased some things at the beauty supply store a few doors down I was just picking out my jogging pants and my mashing sweater when security came up to me and I assumed it was because they were closing and I let them know that I was almost ready I didn't even have a bag on me I wasn't acting shady and I wasn't on drugs or on alcohol I simply was the only white person shopping there was a handful of other people in the store as well when security notified me that I was being refused service and told to leave the store immediately When I asked the reason I was denied, Mocked Told that I wasn't entitled to have the reason given to me to why I was being treated the way that I was Told that I wasn't entitled to have the reason given to me to why I was being treated the way that I was The real life of my experience is as much racism as I have by the Very people who Constantly play that card, I wasn't asking shady what did I do wrong . This was no way to treat somebody I would never treat somebody this way especially since I wasn't acting shady what This was no way to treat somebody I would never treat somebody this way especially since I wasn't acting shady i paid for a Uber there and back home to return empty handed, whose gonna fix this because I am nauseated with the way people are with each other these days why can't we just be human beings instead of judgemental bigots. The security guard the heavy set black girl with black curly hair who rudely kicked me out are just two people who probably really have no idea that they are contributing to the social problem that's plaguing society, I have more years of education then either of them probably have have years combined being an adult, they should be grossed out with their behavior towards me and as much money as I have spent there, im owed something, .an apology, compensation for wasting MY hard earned money and quite frankly neither of them should be allowed to keep their jobs considering they can't do them properly. It doesn't end here , im sick of the oppressed seizing every opp to be oppressors, . Check your cameras, I didn't steal I didn't harass I wasn't loud I wasn't dirty I was polite.... but oh ya...I am white.... the only one in the storeSomebody better offer to fix this before it becomes a lot bigger then itnis

This is the most pleasant urban planet I have ever been too and it’s all due to the most amazing manager they have Chris. She had to do so many returns as I purchased a lot from online and they didn’t work out and she was soooo patient and never complained that I had so many items to return that took so much of her time. She was super pleasant during my transactions and it was so surprising to see that because other urban planets are not nice at all when you have to return multiple items. I wish more managers in the retail business were like her because she is exemplary of what customer service should be like. ?? ?? ??

The manager and staff at this location are extremely rude and demeaning. Maybe you need to find different employees if you want to run a successful store.

Pretty lame experience!! Felt unwelcome the whole time. My friend asked for help getting a final jacket down from display and that felt like not only pulling teeth but once they did, they proceeded to tell my friend it’s a “small” and then laugh about it in front of her. They then said it was just an “inside joke” when my friend asked them what that behaviour was about. Clearly inside jokes aren’t the only thing being supplied here as the customer survive was quite a joke as well. Will never be shopping here again.Ps google please add a 0 star

I did job interview today with one of the managers first of all I don’t come on google review to be butt hurt if I don’t get the Job or anything like that but This job interview was Completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCOMFORTABLE1. I came 10 minutes early before I got interviewed , I was looking around the store and the lady who interviewed me gave me a dirty look like I didn’t belong or I wasn’t welcomed2. She was giving me an attitude while doing my interview which made feel awkward and like I was doing something wrong3.the questions she asked were uncomfortable and the vibe she was giving me wasn’t welcoming and warming
