“Ali and his team were very accommodating and stayed late so that we could complete our purchase. When there was an issue with the TPMS immediately after the purchase, not covered under warranty, he made sure it was repaired. Excellent service!
It should be noted that a “5-star review” was required before he would pay for the repair. Also, the 3-month warranty that came with the vehicle was “one of the less comprehensive warranties” according to our local Ford dealership. With other used car dealerships, where we have had 30-day bumper to bumper coverages that addressed the littlest of things that came up, this was not that. However, after many phone calls and coordination (and posting a glowing review) they stood by their sale when they didn’t need to.”
