This Value Village was hopping. The busiest location I've been at for sure. Giving 5 stars because those employees were running off their feet and deserve more than 4 stars for their efforts in valuing the village.

Bring back the change rooms!!!Covid is over guys. You make a ton of profit from lower income people. At least give them the respect of being able to try clothes on in private.Hard working people don’t have the time to bring items back if they don’t fit. The amount of profit that you make from donated items marked up to ridiculous amounts, you could have the common decency to pay for staff to manage dressing rooms.I’ve seen mothers, pregnant ladies, and elderly having to try on items in the aisles.Do better please.

If you enjoy a day of thrifting, this Value Village is located near quite a few other second-hand stores, so it's convenient to go from one to another. This VV is large, busy, and parking is a bit cumbersome.I recommend going in with a strategy, breaking your seeking out into the sections they have, finding the size section you need, pushing the hangars to one side, and going for it by flipping through quickly. Look for top brands and styles first before colour as I find it's easier to approach thrifting this way.THERE ARE NO CHANGE ROOMS. I can see why they did away with these as they were always so busy and mountains of clothes would be left behind by users. You do have time to return for a store credit as long as the tags are attached. Happy hunting!

Good store, not well staffed or organized and I see, as it has been a while since I was I one, but prices are not really good, and very inconsistent. Many clothing items like hoodies and t-shirts can be purchased for the same price new at the store in which they originally came from, and without wear and tear and stains. I get inflation and rising costs, but when items are donated maybe keep that in mind - they are donated! Times are a changing or changed I supposed, I would like to see the prices drop back to 'Value' Village prices before I go back again, and will take my chances elsewhere with new clothes for less the cost.Household items are hit and miss but overall a great selection of kitchen supplies, books, art, and electronics. One eyebrow raiser however is if your buying from behind the glass counter and you get excited because you see Ray-Ban sunglasses for only $65 - ensure they say "Made in Italy " and have a serial number and not marked "Made in China" otherwise you'd just have purchased a really expensive pair of plastic you could have picked up at Bianca's for $2....Nice try Chinook Location Value Village, nice try...Overall a disappointment all together unfortunately.

Great Value Village but it is starting to use eBay as a price guide? Why? No clue. As sellers on eBay are ASKING for such a price but will take less, so if a thrift store wants to use eBay as a price guide please use the SOLD price AND grantee the item just like eBay forces its sellers to do. No? OK well Mr. Thrift Store, remember ALL YOUR INVENTORY WAS GIVEN TO YOU FOR FREE!!!!!!

Huge store but lacks furniture selections. An overwhelming huge clothing section and pretty big trinkets, small appliances and things. Book section is pretty small but well stocked. Also some great hats near the back and a big kids section with many toys. As well as a huge selection of shoes for women and men. The parking is pretty cramped, can be a weird spot to access.

Kindhearted and helpful staff. Prices seem to be a lil higher than usual, which was a let down. WINS has much better clothing deals. There are no fitting rooms here, so be prepared to try things on in the aisles. I did find a pair of cute heels for $8.

Lots of deals to be found here. Always rotating selection of clothes, housewares and lots of other cool things to find. Good hours and helpful staff. It is not a non profit organization tho. You can also drop off your gently used goods and clothes and even sporting goods even. Weekly specials as well.

I used to enjoy Vallue Village trips. Sadly, these days I find the place very lacking. Especially since they removed ALL change rooms. What is the point of this when it is a no return no refund store? How do you know if something will fit or not? I think they allow some exchange with receipt, but I am not sure. Regardless, it makes the outing frustrating. I hope things get better. But I will not hold my breath.

This Value Village is extremely popular with two checkout isles with cashiers and six (6) self checkouts. Even still I still had to wait for five minutes. There is great deals on clothes and things for your home ?

It is good they put something away for me but when I went to go get it. I meant to be there within the hour and I missed it due to a long train of traffic. But that's OK they did do what I asked and that's wicked but you can only hold an item per an hour and they'll put it back on. The shelf otherwise. But time it is big and lots of stuff and kind of hard. To? Go through. At times but what's of stuff shoes kids stuff? It's could be a little bit better organized in a way but everything is everything is a lot there? I. Guess you can say there's a lot to look at. Not many staff to really hope I feel that it's always busy that's for sure.

This place is overpriced and underwhelming now. The awesome part is the self check out though. Only worth a visit with a 50% off personal offer coupon. It had its heyday about 15 to 20 years ago when prices were not RETAIL prices for USED items. Greed got the best of them sadly. They went FULL FOR-PROFIT!
