This message is for the rude old lady with the short hair working in the back (60+) you should fix your attitude,I only ask to use the restroom and got all mouthy with me, your lucky my girlfriend didn't let me talk to the manager about your attitude, I was friendly, polite and respectful when I ask you for the restroom but got serve disrespectfully, I hope this message gets back to you, other than that the store was very clean and organized and the black lady at the cashier was very friendly

Always consistently overpriced and they violate the information and privacy act by reselling used computers/electronics that haven't been factory reset.

No change rooms and staff was too busy chatting to have a register open to pay cash. Then staff was rude. Selection was good but service and pricing was disappointing since all the items are donated.

Value Village is one of the best thrift stores I’ve visited. It’s clean and organized, which makes the shopping experience so much better – no digging through piles or cluttered racks here! The aisles are spacious, and each section is clearly labeled, so finding what you need is a breeze. The staff seems to keep everything well-organized and in great condition, which I really appreciate as a shopper.
One of the best parts is their donation system. It’s efficient and convenient, making it easy to drop off gently used items. The employees handling donations are friendly and always willing to help, which makes the whole process really positive. I also love that Value Village supports community organizations with their donations, so I feel good knowing my items are going to a place that values giving back.
The prices are reasonable, and I’ve found some awesome deals on clothes and home goods. Overall, this Value Village location stands out for its cleanliness, friendly service, and commitment to supporting the community. I definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking to thrift or donate!

This place has gone downhill so much. I used to find great deals, now the prices are so high for actual garbage. They don't even sort through stuff they just slap a price tag on and put it out - lots of this stuff is just trash at this point and not even clean. You also can't try things on anymore. It's really just not worth going.

Plenty of collections, Good service. The only drawback is no trial room so that you can try and then buy!
