It's brilliantly chaotic. The space is huge, so it usually doesn't feel crowded even in the clothing aisles. The staff seem on point, and they work hard to keep the place running smoothly. It's important to take your time and scrutinize your purchases. I've accidentally purchased pants with minor tears or sweaters with loose cuffs because I was rushing myself. Slow down, be methodical, and your patience will likely be rewarded with a sweet find.

This location is pretty good, I've definitely found some great scores here. It's one of the larger square footage locations and it's a bit further south so it tends to be slightly less picked over than some of the others.Your mileage may vary though. Every thrift store is hit or miss!

Not bad but it depends what you're looking for. Good selection of "men's" pants and tops in both sections but a lack of good pant options in the "women's" section. Poor selection of jewelry. A good amount of books even some in languages other than English. Overall an advantage and quite large store but I would recommend going somewhere else.

I used to love going to these stores. That has changed. The prices, like so many others have stated, are exorbitant. Sometimes being even more expensive than buying brand new! With no change rooms to try anything on, it's not worth the risk if nothing fits. I'd rather shop elsewhere from now on.

I think the picture speaks for itself. It's unfortunate that such blatantly obvious greed exists.Value village has truly lost its way and isn't worth the uncertainty used items bring at the prices they want you to pay.

The store looked nice and organised but I think it was a bit pricey compared to some other thrift stores. Plus they didn't have a fitting room. Was told customers had 7 days to return goods. Not bad for a policy but it is also time-consuming for customers who would like to return goods especially clothes that don't fit.

This Value Village is a very large store, has great customer service and large selection of items to choose from.Would highly recommend. I find their prices are going up for certain things though, as everywhere else in the world.

We had issue with the coupons and their staff was very accommodating. I was helped by Ashley and Noor at self service registers who were very polite and quick to assist me and my wife. We found a lot of winter clothing at great prices. The store was very well laid out. You need at least 3 hours just to quickly skim over everything they have there. Biggest VV I have ever seen

Prices are too high and they put a lot of junk on the shelves that really should be tossed, like non-stick cookware that is completely worn out. Worn-out clothing that has a high price tag....it's very disappointing.

I went in for something yellow and a plush white Bunny. For girl in hospital.First as I went in, I saw a Gorgeous new Big Soft pink, plush Unicorn ?.I went to look at Barbie's, found a Mermaid and a girl that looks like her. Then I saw another Smaller Plush Unicorn ?, pink n turquoise. I couldn't decide. Had to have them all. Then praying no one will see me, so it can be a surprise.I brought them to my friends school bus.And put them in the drivers seat.It all worked out so perfectly.

One star provided as there is no lower ratingStopped by the 8th of July to grab a cpl of golf shirts; found a few & a collared shirt as well.Asked about a change room to try the fit and the staffer shared that since Covid, the store no longer provides these however there is a 30day Return Policy. Not the best arrangement however workable.Purchased & left with these shirts.Returned to this location today (Jul 18th) to Return the one shirt that did not fit properly only to be informed the store (entire franchise ?) does not do returns, only exchanges and no in-store credit is available either. So basically once Value Village touches your money, they are keeping it, period !!
