When I encountered a manufacturing defect with a disposable product, Mark not only listened attentively but also generously extended the 24-hour warranty, which was a valuable learning experience for me. Additionally, the French sales rep, McKenzie, was incredibly supportive and attentive to my needs. It's truly heartening to encounter such kindness and dedication in customer service. I guess Barlow got 5 reviews here even though, it should go to McKenzie branch…overall it’s mainly for Foggy, which Mark represents!

Old rant to archive: I have purchased products from McKenzie or any other branches. McKenzie was closed so I came here to talk about a faulty device which stopped charging in exactly 30 hours. After checking my own transactions, I also realized I was charged twice. However, I was simply refused to be helped and told to work it out with McKenzie store. I was also lied to that I can’t be helped after 24hrs of purchase when McKenzie store reviews claim that they have a 30 day in store return policy. Upon showing the review, I was told it is not on this device but other devices. It means if any of the branches get shut down, no other branch will help anyone out. Why even claim to be connected in the first place then, when they can’t show any professionalism and proper customer service?”

“Ahmed was so friendly, listened to my questions and then showed me the iqos system. He explained it thoroughly and I'm very pleased with it. And the rebates were in my account the next day! My new smoke shop -- highly recommend!”

“These guy’s know their stuff when it comes to anything cannabis and glass related. Just came in with a piece recently and they plucked the pelican case foam for me in the shop after I purchased it. Being able to make sure all your accessories fit in the case before leaving is always reassuring.”

“I've been coming to downtown frequently this past year due to my internship and this shop is on the way when walking back to centre st station. The owner is really kind.

I usually get some snacks or their very tasty samosas, which are honestly really good.. I don't know of any other spot in downtown that is as good as theirs for the samosas.

Due to construction in the building it seems the shop owner is tackling some new issue everytime I stop by. I definitely recommend this place. It has everything you need from a convenience store. And if there isn't, he will have it the next time I come by.

“This is quite the nice vape store located on 130th Ave., in SE Calgary. The store is a decent size, not being overwhelmingly large, but not as tiny as some other vape stores.

The service I have gotten here has been friendly and helpful. The staff seem knowledgeable, and are happy to help you out. Prices are pretty good, at the very least, comparable to other stores.

Would recommend if you vape! They also sell 420 supplies such as lighters, papers, pipes, bongs, etc.”
