Hands down, the best service provider in Canada. Have resolved every issue that I’ve ever encountered over the past 10 years. Great customer service and excellent coverage everywhere I go. Very reasonable prices. Currently paying $62 for 100gb plan! Highly recommend.

When I have a problem with my phone and I've been a customer for over a decade, I expect staff to at least look at my file before being told "we don't deal with that" (as they have dealt with diagnostic issues for many years).If you're just in the business of selling and not taking care of clients when they have issues, your raison d'etre is $$$$ before loyalty. And, I was told that in not so many words.I'm switching providers.

They were good at getting you on board, and when you have any service issues, they refused to offer any assistance and sent you to at automatic customer service.

Today I went in to get a new phone as I had broken my old one, Michael was awesome and made sure to help me out with a better plan and quickly setting me up with a new phone! Above and beyond customer service today

The store was empty except for 1 customer and they had 2 staff. I stood behind the customer and waited for a while and neither of the staff even looked in my direction or gave any reassurance that they would get to me. Both of them were engrossed in listening to the customer share tangents about her electronics, she wasn't even making a purchase and they weren't helping her look anything up on their system. Terrible customer service.

The lady that helped me (Lorlin) in store was great (5/5) but when I got home I realized I needed to call them and ask a question. When calling they would pick up and immediately hang up (while in the store I also saw them doing this to someone that was calling). Really annoying! Allow the caller to leave a voice message or put them on hold rather than hanging up.

Was in store yesterday with my sister and saw them pick up a ringing phone behind their main desk several times and hang up without saying anything to the caller. Fast forward to today and they’re doing the same to her as she’s trying to get through to speak to someone. Just seems like bad customer service here in my opinion…

Staff finessed me into buying a tablet when I upgraded my phone. They claimed it had a value which was significantly higher than it actually was. By the time I discovered this, I was already locked into a contract.When I voiced my concern with customer service, they essentially said “too bad, so sad” there’s nothing I can do. She raised her voice at me and refused to do anything to help. Whole thing cost me hundreds of dollars :/

I went in this morning a little after 10am for a phone upgrade scheduled for pick up. I ended up spending an hour there on the phone with customer care sorting out the pick up before walking out.Besides that the instore experience was horrible. The attendant on duty was less than knowledgeable and unattentive to the customers needs. There were 3 other customers that walked in during my time there. 1 she helped in a demeaning manner, the other she kept trying to push a plan on that he did not want, the third waited for service while she was chit chatting with a coworker and walked out. For myself, I decided to upgrade the phone in store instead but changed my mind after she kept trying to push a protection plan onto my phone upgrade. I walked out too. I was already irritated waiting an hour for customer care to fix my upgrade issue over the phone.

I have been a Virgin client for 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say because the sales associate Jacky made everything easy for us. My husband and I were with Bell Mobile and paying too much. Visited Kumar at bell and he recommended I see Jacky at chinook location as he could not do any better deals. Since visiting Jacky we have gotten new phones from him twice and it is always easy and good deals. He answers all of our questions at the time of the meetings and we call in or drop in periodically to get more help and he is always understanding and accommodating. Nowadays sales associates are always kicking customers around but he is very good with customer service and straight to the point. I cannot recommend Jacky anymore as he just helped us last week yet again with transferring some data from different phone even though we did not buy anything at the time. If you are coming to get a phone make sure you ask for Jacky; I will always go back to him and hope he will working here in foreseeable future for our next phones. Thank you very much Jacky, I hope you and your admins see this not sure how google maps reviews work.May & Ken

Do NOT attend this location. I waited in line for 15 minutes and it turns out it was the wrong line up. The line up was for the currency exchange place beside virgin mobility, but the line up goes across the front of the virgin store. When I told the rep about this he told me there’s nothing he can do and when I asked him to tell his manager he told me his manager already knows so I went and grabbed his card the manager bryce way obviously does not know how to manager a store front. You cannot have a line up completely blocking your store front and confusing customers this is ridiculous. If anyone in head office of virgin wants to contact me I have photos of this line up across the virgin store front. Busy season is upon us and I cannot imagine what that line up will look like and confuse more customers! No wonder no one goes to virgin and why they seem like they have no clients.PS:Under their store has many other cellphone companies and other companies that also sell virgin mobility. AVOID THIS PLACE.
