They are miracle workers! They got a massive blue ink stain out of my brand new fancy jogging pants on their first try. Best $15 I have spent. In fact, I have been going to these dry cleaners for over 20 years. Family run, kind and honest people. They do excellent alterations and their place doesn't have that toxic dry cleaning smell. Highly recommended!

We’ve gone here a few times with no problems but this week we took my suit in and it was left with a horrible smell. I leave for a trip today and it left my luggage with the same smell overnight. Don’t know how I’m going to get it fixed before I go.

Ended up using this place for the first time to have three dresses drycleaned. Was previously going to Fishman's and it's not my intent to knock their competitors, but to be honest, I felt the experience at Viscount was superior! They got spots out of my dresses that previous drycleaners had ignored. Dresses came back looking pristine and possibly even better than the day I'd first purchased them. Super grateful that my dresses could be saved and will definitely be returning. :)

The lady always provides top-notch customer service and makes me love coming to drop off and pick up my laundries all the time. She has a beautiful smile that brings joys to all customers, not to mention the quality of the clothes.

I took a dress here for alterations and was told they can’t do it because “it’s took complicated” for the lady who does alterations. She can only fix dress length and sleeve length.

We've been coming here for about 8 years and a few years back they damaged my husbands work pants and they were good about it and compensated us for the damage but lately they damaged 3 new high end shirts on 2 different occasions and when I brought it up with the owner she told us they were "worn out". How can they be worn out if they're new? I'm disappointed because I liked them but they won't take any responsibility for the damage they've done so we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

The last time I went in, they quoted me for a big dry cleaning job and then ended up charging a lot less when I picked up because it "wasn't as much work as they expected." What a refreshing customer service experience!
I'm quite lazy about errands like dry cleaning, but I actually look forward to the next time I can go in to support this honest and friendly local business.

I drive out of my way to bring our dry cleaning here because of their quality, kindness,service and fair pricing. The couple that runs this place are always so kind and polite. I take a fair bit of clothes in for repairs for myself and our boys and they charge a rate that I find fair and the quality is really good.
