I was looking for TVs after doing some research online. The shopping experience both on the phone and in-store was seamless. I had the in-store assistance of an exceptional salesperson, Darryl. He was personable, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Darryl even carried my purchases to my vehicle. In addition, I appreciate the comfortable buying experience he created. I would highly recommend Darryl at the Calgary Signal Hill location!

Visions Electronics has always been our favorite store for all our home theater needs, so when we were in the market for a new tv and receiver, we visited their Signal Hill store. Darryl was super informative he listened to us and never felt pushy or rushed. Derek was also very knowledgeable and friendly, you can tell they love what they do. Steven (the store manager) was very professional and took the time to put together a great deal that included extended warranty. We feel we got a fair price, great advice, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Visions Electronics Signal Hill store to anyone looking for great selection, technical expertise, and a great customer experience.

I got the product I wanted for the price I wanted. I had purchased it at another retailer but the box was damaged and I wasn't confident it would be "brand new" so I called up Visions and was told they had one at the Signal Hill location. Derek and Darryl helped get me the same product at the same price without a damaged box. I returned the other one the next day. Highly recommend this location.

I got the product I wanted for a great price. We could not see the product displayed at first look and the associate checked the stock to confirm they had the product. We then located it on the second look.

This cheap place doesn't have pick up in store option when you want to order online.
Why are electronics salesmen so scummy? They act all cagey when you walk in and ask for a specific advertised deal and then try to upsell and rip you off with the warranty garbage.
I'm just going to order online and have stuff shipped to my home instead from now on.

Domingo was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped us pick out a car head unit specific to our vehicle. He was very pleasant and nice as a person which made the experience so much better. Truly made you feel like you're a person and not another customer transaction for him.

Older man tried charging us $350+ per tv install (we were going to purchase 2) including 100$ delivery fee. Insane installation prices. Weve purchased a 75 in and 60in from the macleod location and they only charged us 150 for both. When we brought this up he brought it down to $200 install per tv. Still insane.

Gabriel and Derek were amazing. They helped me pick out some bookshelf speakers for my turntable and priced out some options for a sub and amplifier in the future. They were both very nice and knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely go back here to continue building my sound system.
