Shopping at Market Mall with my family Saturday, April 27/24… I was on the hunt for a new Yeti cup for my iced coffee as a new color had just been released. After being disappointed at two other retailers in the mall, my husband suggested we try Volcom. I’d actually never noticed the store before. They had a few Stanleys in their window display so my initial reaction was “Why??” since I was looking for Yeti. Husband said they carry Yeti too.I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of Yetis…. and Stanleys if that’s your reusable tumbler of choice…. AND they had the 30oz cup I was searching for AND had the straw & lid combo I needed to go with it. I was thrilled!!!The icing on the cake was the employee on shift at that time, he was amazing!! So friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, talkative and cheerful, engaging our two kids who were with us too. It was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend going to this store.I didn’t get his name, my receipt identifies the cashier/associate as only “MHVMM” but maybe the manager will know who that was, because you’ve definitely got a gem of an employee there.We left with my new Yeti purchases and a sad kid who apparently had decided she NEEEEEDED a Stanley and we explained to her that wasn’t the purpose of our trip to the store and besides, she had her own Yeti waterbottle at home.Honestly, we had left the store for maybe 3 minutes when we decided to go back and let her get the Stanley - partially because we need her to drink as much water daily as possible and do anything to encourage that, but also because the employee was so fantastic we felt good about turning around and going back to purchase and support this employee and store again.

My husband shopped here on June 10th and spent over 300 bucks, the gentlemen that was working this Saturday was beyond amazing and so helpful! He killed it!. I've been in the retail world on and off for 15 years and if I was still in the world I'd hire that gentlemen in a heart beat for my store. It's been a long time since I've seen that quick and on the spot service! Will definitely shop there again!

Really really love this location. Every time there’s been fantastic staff that are not only super knowledgeable but incredibly helpful. One of the better shops to not miss when visiting Market Mall. Didn’t get anyones names but Saturday mid to late afternoon staff were fantastic

The staff there were very accommodating to our sons needs. He got a pair of pants he loves and looks more in his style than say Marks Works Warehouse. However, I would like to see more sale items. Its COVID-19 times and money is tight so why not offer some love there to consumers with more value sale items. We will go back but may not just as easily buy there as we found more sales at similar stores in the mall for same quality like clothing.
