Really friendly owner who is highly knowledgeable and gives amazing advice. This location only sells salt water fish which is unfortunate for fresh water tank owners but nonetheless the couple that runs this place is nothing short of amazing

Daniel is very helpful, full of knowledge, and always in a good mood. I’ve been to other marine stores and nothing compares to Daniel’s store. When I first walked in, I could have been an easy target. I had unlimited budget for my new tank build I was starting. I told Daniel this right out of the gate. I told him I don’t care about price, I just want the best because I don’t want it to fail. Daniel could have sold me the most expensive of everything. He didn’t do that, he recommended what was reliable and of the best quality not just price. He actually convinced me to buy a cheaper return pump vs the one I wanted because he knew the cheaper pump was actually built better and more reliable. This is customer service. He also fought for me with Red Sea to get me a new door as mine came damaged in shipping. This was not his fault and yet he stepped up and went to bat for me. I will not go elsewhere. If I need something marine, it’s Wais Aquarium. Thanks, Daniel for your great customer service.
