Waste of time. I went in to try and find wall paper for my nursery, I was told to “go look through the books” (about 5000 to choose from). I told the lady I liked the mural on the wall, she kept showing me other things that looked nothing like it, trying to convince me that I needed a more muted drab mural that could be changed after a few months. She was snickering that I must be pregnant and indecisive, I asked for a quote for the one on the wall and she said it’s was for sure in stock but wouldn’t get me a quote. I find out an hour later that it was discontinued.. we were then showed a webpage by another employee that would have been great to see when we first got there that actually had samples that we liked. I guess I’ll just order from the competition website at this point.

We worked with Charmaine from Walls Alive over an issue in a renovation project we ran into. She went above and beyond and spent a lot of time on helping us without having a sale in mind. She even connected us with installers and one of them solved our problem finally. This is a great team and resource and we would strongly recommend them to everyone looking for similar solutions or wallpaper.

Greg is knowledgeable and well spoken. His recommendations regarding application and product selection saved me from over applying, and I used a semi transparent instead of a clear, which will postpone recoating longer.
The Armstrong Clark stain I used covered better than advertised and is undoubtedly the best quality stain I’ve used.
Worth the money. Buy once cry once.

First time going to Walls Alive and it was an excellent experience. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Greg! Super nice guy - he even offered us wine while we were there. They got it all - expertise, great customer service and a fantastic selection of products. Highly recommended!

Incredible service, a beautiful display of amazing wallpapers.. I'm not sure if Pam was the one who helped me but the woman with the short blonde hair was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and just so nice.

Wow what an experience! I’m from Lethbridge and we have nothing like this! To start they are dog friendly! But not just normal dog friendly they are like “let him off the leash and let him have fun” dog friendly! My Bernese mountain dog who had just spent two hours in the car with us driving to Calgary was so happy in there!
Nichole helped me and she was fantastic! I told her my project and she showed me so many options! She gave me samples and knew the math to figure out how much I needed. The whole experience was incredible and I am so excited to have the wallpaper I picked installed!
