This Walmart has gone downhill over the years. Not the cleanest and pretty mediocre service. I called the store the other day regarding a mix up on my order and the phone rang for 10+ minutes, no one ever answered. I get a call later that night around 9pm with a snarky employee asking me a question about my order and I politely told them I had been trying to call them earlier and no one picked up. He sounded annoyed by this and didn't apologize or anything just rushed to ask me some questions and hung up.

We often visit the store but the most annoying thing for me is the horrible music, it just sounds like a racket and stresses me out so much we don’t stay long. How about some more relaxing music!
Thank you 😊

I needed a cake pan which I saw was in stock in this location after visiting 2 other locations. The shelves were empty so I asked the customer service and told her that it shows as in stock for this location. She dismissed me and said if it's not in the shelves, then there is none here.
So I asked my bf to check the shelves above which had a bunch of boxes and lo and behold, the thing I needed was there!

They have an offer, apply for a MC n get $25 off ur groceries. Thats BS. What they dont approve n u have to call them to give more information. When I got home on Dec 27. I didnt call them, can't be.bothered. I got an email in January, my CC is on its way. How come they couldn't approve it at the till but when I dont call them they approve it. Scam. They do that so they dont have to loose 25.00 whatever the.offer is.

now let me say this, being a group of teenagers walking into a store in our hometown has almost gotten embarrassing. 10 of my friends, including me walked into our walmart and were instantly asked “ is this like a basketball team or something?” by a lady employee.we responded kindly by saying “ haha no this is just our friend group” as we walked away we were immediately followed around the store, almost like we were being spied on. Before i continue i wanan say, my friend group aren’t the kind of people to be disrupting nor disrespectful ESPECIALLY in public establishments. anyways, walking around the store looking at toys cauas what else would we do, we all look over to see and hear two walmart employees talking and the lady that stopped us at the begging was warning another worker about us. Then about 5 mintues later we are over by the child clothes section and she is standing about 100ft away from us warning another employee. we ignored it and walked to self checkout. As we were walking to the tills, a male employee was very snarky towards us, asking if we put all our stuff away and repeating his question over and over, so we walk away and continue to check out our stuff. standing in self checkout was embarrassing because we were surrounded by 3 employees. 1 at the entrance of self checkout, 2nd one at one of the tills, and the last one was standing at the gates of self checkout STARING us down. when walking out we are stopped and asked to give our receipt. Because we didn’t take anything we gave her our receipts, my one friend dropped her receipt on accident and the lady who was lurking around us said “ yeah you did this on purpose didn’t you” with the biggest attitude. We finally get out of the store and we get into our vehicles and the manager was standing at the door looking at us. Come on guys like genuinely this is disappointing, the fact a group of teenagers who didn’t do any harm, can’t walk into the home town walmart without getting stalked or therefor harassed is absolutely diabolical.

When working in a public environment like a Walmart store, in order to be inclusive to everyone and not rude, the employees should speak a language the customers understand even if they're speaking with a Co worker. Not doing so is equivalent to whispering in someone's ear so another person can not hear. I experience this every time I walk into Walmart. This is such rude behavior and it's difficult to understand why Walmart management turns a blind eye to it. It's also difficult to understand why this needs to be spelled out.

They will harass you even after you buy stuff,
So keep your receipt handy. I told them to check the cameras, instead, the man tapped my arm and called for backup demanding I show receipt.

Good prices comparing to other stores. Always busy though and really don't like their customer support.

John was so kind when it came to helping me pick up and load my car with my new TV! it was super busy during the rush and he was still super quick and helpful in finding me a spot to park and guiding me as for where to go. Thanks John!
