To the Management of Walmart Pharmacy,
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred today, January 27, 2026, at approximately 5:00 PM at the Marlborough Mall location.
During my visit, I encountered two staff members at the pharmacy whose behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a regular customer who has had positive interactions with other staff members at this location in the past, I was deeply disappointed by their conduct.
I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, which was unfortunately not the case today. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that the quality of service is maintained for everyone.
I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge receipt of this complaint and let me know how it will be addressed.

Giving 5 star for Yash in the online pick up department was great. I had a misunderstanding with the online ordering process and Yash was clear and patient with his communications with me. I genuinely felt like he wanted to help the situation. At the end of the day I got what I came for and am a happy camper
Note: Walmart system as a whole needs to find a more efficient process for customers who are in store but find a better deal through their online website. Thats what caused the confusion and irritation to begin with. We’re in a day and age that any smart/frugal consumer is able to look online to find what the best deal is on the product that is within their physical hands reach. In my case it was a video game, $89 in store versus $69 online directly through Walmart.ca website. At the store level a price match wasn’t possible and the order had to be done online. I then completed the order online and waited. All said and done it took nearly 2 hours to finalize. I don’t believe this to be the fault at the store level but perhaps an oversight at a corporate process level. Walmart being a MEGA box store, I expect more from you. If I could order from a restaurant and receive my food in an hour, I should be able to get your online deal done in store with your associates and products within reach in less time, not two hours. Overall my experience as a whole was 3 star but not due to the staff. They earned their 5 stars

I needed to use the washroom and ALL the stalls were out of toilet paper as if no employee had checked them at all recently, and I paid in cosmetics and then electronics and proceeded to leave with a bag I bought in the store that I had not entered with, and when leaving through the exit, I was Rudely stopped, and rudely asked where I had paid, to which I told her and asked if she wanted to see the receipt and she just plain ignored me after that, no “it’s ok have a good day” or “sorry it’s ok thank you” just got ignored, horrible customer service, and for gods sake check the damn restrooms. Horrible service.

Specific to staff- Naneth- I believe in the spelling- went out of her way to searching puff pastry. I had been everywhere else and no one had puff pastry. I asked if she could assist me as the shelf was empty. She scanned and went into the storage and came out with a box of pastry. She was the sweetest and very kind. She is a customer service superstar.
The bricks outside on the walkway are extremely dangerous. Please pick up the loose and dislodged bricks as I tripped over it. They have been like this for months!!

Order was never delivered after 2 days past delivery date, called customer service several times, calls always ended, didn’t get a response. I’m so very upset.

The pharmacist is exceptionally rude (Spanish older women with glasses) I don’t know she doesn’t hire help like a tech to help assist her especially on a Saturday at 6pm during the holiday and urs busy
They need to do better next time I will video the treatment and her tacky attitude

Really terrible people ….
I went there few months back with my mum to get some stuff . A cashier their forced and manipulated me to buy their disgusting rewards card. Now I got this card after 3 months and because of the delay I have to pay extra….
Then I went to the Walmart to pay my payment of 400 dollars and here we go these people over their don’t even know how much I had to pay because in their dumb system they have no feature to check that.
I called the customer care there to check the amount. Customer care never picked my call . Machine told me my amount is 400 something.
I paid the amount . Now every single month Wal-Mart … Mr Walmart the genius is sending me letters that I still have to pay the same amount . How dumb !
I hate the Walmart . I will never go there again.

Don’t go to the Mobile Service at this location. Came here on black friday arrived at 8:15 pm and closing was at 9pm. They told us they were busy with one customer and told us to wait 10 minutes to be helped. I waited as they told me to which I don’t mind, however after they were done helping the previous customer, it was 8:40 and they told us that they were closed for the day. Just frustrated at the fact that I waited almost 30 minutes to not even be helped in the end.

I would give ZERO stars if I could easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I came in to buy a step stool and found a package that had already been opened with a piece missing. I brought it to customer service and was still willing to pay for it. I had to stand and wait for around 15 minutes while employees walked around aimlessly, ignoring customers and showing no sense of urgency or interest in helping.
When I finally got to the counter, the customer service rep was rude and dismissive. She even walked me back to the aisle just to rudely tell me they wouldn’t sell it. She then asked another manager, who was no better- equally rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping. Not a single person offered a solution or even basic courtesy.
This store desperately needs better training, better attitudes, and a reminder that customers are the reason they have jobs in the first place. Terrible experience- zero stars if I could. I left frustrated and disappointed, and will think twice before returning.

I quit going to this location because i kept being treated like a thief. Once at self checkout, I had a girl come and ask me if she could scan my pepsi for me.I said, yeah, sure, whatever.And she scanned it. After her, I had three more people.Come and ask me if they could scan my pepsi.Finally, the third one I asked her, how many times do you want me to pay for this same case?? The next two times I went to the.Regular checkout, and both times I had a security guard stand there.And watch me put everything on the counter.Watched the girl come around and scan my pepsi watched me pay for everything and then followed me out of the store. The second time the same security guard again stood at the end of the checkout and watched her scan.All of my items watched me pay for the items so then as I walked past him.I waved the receipt in his face and said.Do you want to follow me out of the store again?Maybe you can help me put my groceries in the trunk.He waved me off and walked away.

I'm very frustrated with the fact I bought a Google play card and they was no wayvto return it. I bought this for my grandson and he no longer has an apple product to use it for. I have no apple devices. So basically I spent 50 dollars for nothing. It frustrating there is no sign saying can't return and on the receipt it does not say a no return policy. I am very disappointed in the rep I was talking to as she just said there was nothing she could do.
