Incredibly rude staff at the self checkout. The staff kept trying to insinuate that I didn't pay just because I moved to another till since the last one I was using froze. I tried explaining to her several times that it was not working and that is why I'm paying at my current till. However, she kept talking down to me.

I went to buy car seat for toddler and price tag was showing $220 and on checkout screen it showed up $249. Cashier called the manager and she went to check the price and brought another brand car seat for $199. I told her that I don’t want that one, just charge me the price it is showing on the price tag. She went back again and came back again saying no you read it wrong it was $249 and kept hiding her phone where she took photo of the price tag. Such a poor customer service. If you can’t do anything in such situation, then at least work on your display tag price.

I went here to buy road salt for my work. They do not have the road salt in a convenient location or even inside so I can bring it to self checkout, so you are not able to scan it and MUST GO TO a CASHIER to buy any. So I go during regular hours and they have only ONE CASHIER, keep in mind the parking lot is full to max and so is the store, so tell my why you only have one cashier.So after waiting more than 20 minutes, in a line full of people I get to the fromt and the only cashier denies me service after I waited 20 minutes because she quote, " had a long day and her shift is up" .... okay I understand a long day but tell me why you couldn't put up a *lane closed* sign 20 minutes ago when I first enter the line or any time the whole time I was in the line. I just needed one item, could she really not have helped me. I waited 20 minutes and because she was so lazy I lost 20 minutes I could have spent driving to another store, just to buy some rock salt.We are all working hard. However it's so disrespectful to see now understaffed this busy location is. You are telling me during the busiest hours of a store that not a single manager is in store or even working. What kind of operation is occurring. It's so sad to see this when people need jobs and this location doesn't even have enough staff to have ONE CASHIER LANE OPEN or to have a single manager of any department present.

I was shocked by the attitude of one of the cashiers here..She is a senior,blonde person. She was happy to serve and smile to the cx behind me..Maybe the management should give her some lesson about proper cx service and tell her not to show attitude with different race of cxs!

I saw this lady with pigtails from management follow a biracial couple around as they were shopping for baby products. Even telling loss prevention to confront them before they had the opportunity to make their way to a point of purchase. The way she was glaring at them left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I hope this isn't a common occurrence.

While stopping in to get some groceries, I slipped and fell in a large pool of water in the last aisle in front of the frozen fruit section, I was 7 months pregnant at the time. Some kind lady ran to get management which took over 20 minutes to have someone come out as they were on break. The male manger took my information down and called me the next day asking how I was, I had fractured my hip, manager said their legal team would be contacting me, it’s been over a month and still have not been contacted. Tried calling the store and no manager is ever available.

i visit this walmart location frequently because it is close to my house but the more i visit, the more i never want to go back. the staff needs to start using common sense and needs to be trained better. none of them know how to demonstrate good customer service.

I used to frequent this Walmart for baby supplies and formula but I get followed by employees and LPO’s thinking I’m a shoplifter every time I visit, they even questioned my teenage daughters in the make up section, I’ve been to every Walmart in the city and this by far has been the worst experience, as a former employee and fully licensed security officer I know some of the procedures and protocols they follow and must adhere to but this is beyond absurd, why can’t I shop in peace with my family without experiencing racism, it’s borderline harassment when I shop here! I am not a criminal nor should I be treated as such when out shopping with my family. Thanks to this place my kids now have experienced racism firsthand, thanks Walmart.

Racist employee. Old lady in scooter denied two children hockey cards and told them to go back to the rez after saying that natives can’t afford them. The children even said they would pay at the till.she Is always rude to children and others, and the management won’t take the complains against her seriously. This is a sick place.

The old woman worker there that uses the mobility scooter is a flat out racist. She berated two young native children for wanting to buy something. Management excuses it as they must of heard it wrong and that said person should stop evesdropping. Disgusting that they excuse & defend her disgusting racist behaviour, which reflects that the company condones that kind of behaviour.

I've been shopping at this Walmart location for years and have always been impressed by their selection and organization of goods. The store is always well-stocked and I can usually find everything I need without much difficulty. The prices are also very reasonable, especially compared to other retailers in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is always efficient. I also appreciate the variety of services offered, such as the pharmacy and optical center. Overall, this Walmart is a great shopping destination and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable shopping experience.

Got a canvas made, and got it back with pencil marks and and white specs on it. Ask for a new one and they said it wouldn’t be available for awhile. Got the feeling the girl just didn’t want to work. The girl I was dealing with try to say it was “okay, like that and I can fix it”. But I paid money for a service that shouldn’t of been messed up in the first place.The manager on duty was very helpful but still very poor customer service. Go to Micheal’s and pay a little more money for quality

When you call customer service, someone would pickup and then hang up immediately. So many non-handicap customers park in the handicap zone and management does not care.No plastic shopping bags are great. I only buy what I can carry in a foldable bin. I used to overspend, but not anymore.

Very poor service for grocery pickup. Waited for 1.5 hours at pickup location. Two employees came to check the order number after calling the store. Did not bring any grocery order out. Finally the employee came out and asked again, looked very fed up and asked us to cancel our order and to complain about manager for not having enough employees at that hour. Called in the store again several times, nobody picked phone. Finally calling customer care to cancel the order, have not heard back yet.
