I had an unpleasant experience at this location and will not be returning. There was a representative at the self-checkout her head was covered and she was a old lady with glasses who was extremely rude when I asked for assistance. Her dismissive attitude and lack of customer service skills were unacceptable. I believe all customers deserve respect and courteous service, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the management addresses this to ensure a better experience for others.

My experience on this I ask advice some she tried but she doesn’t know the use of gift card . Other lady come she explained about some points bla…. Then after asked me give 5 rating . I was thing then she said let’s move lots of line ..
also I paid 3 times for one bill .
I feel WM employees rude behaviour with what do guys think ..?

The Cons= To Start us off Sadly I Personally Feel that my Experiences Varied From Visit to Visit, Unfortunately most of those visits wasn’t that good or positive. As much as I Want that to be the opposite, as I Feel my Experiences there All Depends on The Employees Currently Working. Which Sadly there’s never seem to be as every time that I go there I can’t seem to Hunt Down an Employee to Help Me Unlock a Glass Case I’ll get to that in a moment. Which was I almost gave up today before heading straight to the Electronics Section. Speaking of I know that Physical Media’s are kind of going out of style but still I’m pretty disappointment in the selection that they also ways had or rather lack there if. Next I also Feel that the Toy Section are Kind Of Scattered I’m not sure it’s because of the Holidays? But it still feels that we have the main aptly section then the rest is scattered throughout the store. Then it just Sucks that All of The Trading Cards are Locked Up the Glass Cases. And also speaking of it Took Forever for Employee to come and unlock the case after Hunting One Down the Last time that I Tried buy the said cards and even then he had call in someone else to help me. And as for today’s visit I ended making Two Visits after being super Disappointed in the First Visit before deciding to make that Second Visit.
The Pros= To start off really appreciate the Cleanse and The Organization of the Store it looks a lot cleaner and nicer than their previous layouts. But as for me it wasn’t all that Difficult for me Personally to find what I wanted. And despite or because of the Holiday Shopping Season but today I didn’t have to wait all that long for an employee to help me unlock that case. And not only that but he was super helpful and friendly. And as far as I’m concerned the prices for the Trading Cards that I wanted was at a Far Price. Sure could be a little cheaper but still within that Acceptable Zone. And as for my Own Personal Checkout Experience it was a Breeze.

Yesterday I had an asthma attack at the tills.One of the girls got me a black coffee for me to breath in the steam to help open the air ways in my throat, she never charged me and would let me pay her back for the coffee and her name is Kisanet. The day manager Heyam took my keys and went to my car to get my inhaler. Donna works in pet department was walking by the tills and she stop and wouldn't leave my side until the other lady's were back with coffee and my inhaler. They all took really good care of me and wouldn't let me leave until they felt I was ok to leave the store safely. These 3 ladies were so wonderful. This was Marbough Mall Walmart.

Terrible customer service on the phone literally hung up on 3 times had a simple question on a price on a item and when i finally got through i was told to call back in 5 minutes what a joke
Hire Better staff or do something holy.
