Awful, awful, awful!! I filled my car at the pump and realised after I left that my credit card must have slipped out of my pocket. I called the waypoint store to ask if my card had been handed in and was told they can't confirm that over the phone and I needed to drive over to check in person. I drove over, went in and asked but no card was handed in. So I asked what would happen if someone handed it in later, and was told they wouldn't do anything, I should cancel the card and get a new one. This all happened within less than an hour of me putting gas in my car and visiting. So why bother telling me to drive over, if 1) they knew a card had not been handed in, and 2) they would do nothing about it!!! That girl is terrible at customer service!! No common sense, or attempt to be helpful. I'm so annoyed!
