Emma & Co at this post office went above and beyond to help me get some packages to a BC general delivery post office for some Jasper evacuees. Emma even called the receiving post office to ensure we had the correct postal code etc. I appreciate your help so much, thank you !!

I wanted to pick up a package on Family Day and I celled before going there and they said they’re open until 6 pm - both Shoppers and Canada Post. It was 4:10 when I arrived and the employee said that they are closed (People were able to enter though!!!!). That was disrespectful and frustrating. You should be respectful of people time and effort. I don’t know whose fault that was, but that wasn’t nice at all, and I’m pretty sure no one from management will care about this review, but people need to read this at least.

This post office and their employee's are absolutely 100 percent top notch.The clerk who works during the week is one of the nicest ladies that I have ever had the privilege of meeting always has a smile and us up for a Lil chat with customers. Ben who works weekends is also 100 percent I can't say one negative thing about this location keep up the good work guys.
