This is the first time I have bought a Honda. I wasn't sure about a Honda and all my friends say you can't go wrong with a Honda.
My sales rep Matthew was amazing. He explained everything and helped me understand all of the high-tech stuff on the Honda, because I was driving a 20-year-old car with no high-tech stuff.
After I fell in Love with my Honda they helped me understand the finances and everything about it. He didn't treat me like I was ignorant about these high tech gadgets that it had. He made me feel very important.
After I bought it I met with a gentleman by the name of Peter. He was absolutely amazing as well. Now he is the one in charge of all of the financing extras like insurance and what not. But I did not take any of the extra warranties and he did not make me feel like that was a bad move on my part. He said it's all up to you what you want to do is right for you.
Matthew and Peter are two of the most respectable men I've ever met. I'm a female and I didn't believe they were taking advantage of me at all. They respected what I had to say and when I was trying to learn they didn't treat me like a dumb woman.
I would recommend Wheaton Honda West to anybody who wants to get a Honda or any used vehicle they sell. They're very respectable and very knowledgeable.

Darrin with Sales was great with his kind and enthusiastic attitude, thorough product knowledge, simple follow ups and low pressure.
Cole in Finance was very adept at ensuring that we got the best financing rate, warranty and rebates. His knowledge is unparalleled!
Overall, purchasing our new Odyssey at Wheaton Honda was the easiest and best that I’ve had. I will recommend them to others along with coming back for servicing and to purchase my next vehicle.

Not a dealership I would recommend.
Went there on a Saturday afternoon and waited for over 30 minutes before someone was able to assist. When the salesperson did, she wasn’t very knowledgeable on her products and couldn’t answer simple questions such as price and finance rates (constantly referring to her manager). After a test drive, we sat down to look at numbers. Throughout the whole process, she stepped away to talk to other customers as well. The units we looked at were used vehicles and somehow, there were “accessories” charged. When I questioned it, it was explained that this was stuff like the 3M protection, floor mats, window tint, bug deflector and security etching, all of which were installed by previous owner and unlikely the dealership ever paid anything for. I raised that point to the salesperson and her immediate response was “you don’t have to pay that if you don’t want to.” Not only were the asking prices for the car itself higher than other listings (without the added “accessories fee”) but then you get this bait and switch when you sit down to look at the price. Very shady practice!
Needless to say, we walked out without buying from here. There’s better dealerships around that won’t try to cheat you for every penny.
