I had very bad experience with the store. I bought Kinders for kids and noticed at home that they best before September 30, while I bought them on October 10. The package wasn’t open and I asked for a refund, but they refused. When I asked to speak with the manager they informed me that manager will be back only in several days. It is very unusual when the store refuses to accept an item that expired and it is against the law. Avoid buying food in this store for your own safety and safety of your family.

Had a great experience at the shop! Yulia was super helpful and brought out all the artificial plants they had so I could pick the one I liked. She even helped me carry it to my car. Really appreciated the friendly and thoughtful service!

Awesome place and great customer service. Remember all clothing sales are final so try before you buy. Their prices are a bit high and they have too much Walmart clothing but other than that it's a good place to find bargains.

All the stuffs I bought are expired ones. Had to through away in trash. Don't play with our health.
Tortillas are smelling bad and rotten. Bought 3 days ago from this place.

I frequent the wholesale warehouse, usually buy a few items. Today I was a little turned off. I wanted to buy the Christmas tree (out of season I know) that was on display and priced at $134. I asked to purchase it.
Then the store employee came and told me they had a pricing error and it was actually meant to be $217. I feel like a pricing error isn’t the customers fault, and I would have liked to purchase it at the displayed price. I decided not to buy it at the increased price from the display.
I understand humans make errors, the girl was pleasant, but please make sure the merchandise is priced properly before it hits the floor. I left buying no other products and disappointed.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping at the Liquidation Store, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From the abysmal customer service to the shockingly poor product quality, this store has managed to disappoint on every level. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a horrendous ordeal. To make matters worse, returns or exchanges are an absolute nightmare at the Liquidation Store. Their refund policy is convoluted and designed to frustrate customers into giving up. When I attempted to return a defective item, I was met with resistance and excuses. They claimed that all sales were final, conveniently ignoring the fact that the product was faulty from the start. It's evident that they have no intention of standing behind the items they sell, further highlighting their lack of integrity. we came to you with our concern, please don’t try to play games via reviews just accept your fault rather than blaming to the opposition. we told you it was defective product as far as I know metal plate cant be broken by itself or you are try to put the false assumption on us we came to your place to get it resolved one of your employee doesn't know how to talk to their customer and not able to give us the logical explanation even though we requested a call back from the staff when the manager is available however you didn't reach us back in 15 days and at very first place we didn't ask for any refund we just want to know the options that can be done unfortunately you were only wants to waste our time. Stop playing games and at-least have some acceptance.

worst customer service experience I had in this store.Pathetic staff along with the store manager and owner of this liquidation. They have wasted my weeks and gave me the worst nightmares ever. After having that experience my issue is not resolved yet.

Decent store with a good range of products however always double check the prices before purchasing here vs big box retail price as some products were not as heavily discounted as you would expect.
